First of all, it took FOREVER to get through just 2 vehicles in front of me in the drive-thru! I couldn't tell what the person running the drive-thru was saying because they were mumbling the whole time. They got my order wrong and just did not seem like they cared. I was just another inconvenience to them.

Placed a mobile order; one car in front of us who the employees did interact with at the window; finally got to the window after literally half an hour and the employees would not open the window or acknowledge us in any capacity. Left without receiving the order I paid for. Store number was disconnected when I called.

Made a mobile order for drive-thru pick-up. Showed up at the drive-thru, waited a while, and saw several cars in front of me pull away. When I got to the speaker, no one answered. I went inside and was told that half of the items I ordered were unavailable. The staff made some replacements and apologized because it was busy, but it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in recent years.

It’s always something with this place. Either they’re out of everything or just don’t come to the speaker when you’re in the drive thru. Just go somewhere else, this Dunkin ain’t it.

I pulled up to this location because there were only two cars in the drive-thru ahead of me. I figured it would not take more than 15 minutes to get through. Listen to people who review and say you will not make it to work on time if you go to this location. They were so extremely slow in taking my order, and then everything I asked for (three items) they had to double check to see if they still had it. I ended up jumping line before I got trapped, and potentially written up at my job. Do not waste your time at this Dunkin.

Slowest service ever!!! Do not come here if you need to get to work on time in the morning. One guy, I think high, running the whole place. Also, got about 2/3s of the Munchkins I ordered and in a random bag (see pic) 🤬😳

Super yummy. The crew was short handed but they kicked butt and kept drive thru and inside Rollin pretty good. Food was all prepared correctly and drinks were really good!

this location has definitely gone down hill. we chose this place for “fresh” donuts. nothing fresh about them. when we walked in, one of the workers child was behind the counter and quickly ran to sit down as we walked in! wth. shoulda walked out at the moment.

9/13 at about 7ish a.m - The rudest lady ever!!! I used the drive thru because the front door was locked so I asked for what time the store opens and she kept avoiding my question. She said 'are you HR' i told her that I was asking because I wanted to go in with my kid to so he could pick out his bday donuts and she kept avoiding the question and finally she said whenever the employees get in. And then she decided to dismiss me telling me 'goodbye goodbye' and went silent. After like 10-15 of silent and about 3 cars leaving the drive thru because they were waiting, I asked if she was going to take my order and she said 'not yours good bye'. Even my son told me not to worry about it anymore and that she was rude. We ended up going to Krispy Kreme and got 2 dozens because I wasn't not about to ruin my son's birthday.....Unbelievable how dunkin donuts have this lady working!!

Update, I called and talked to a lady named Tanesha and she was super sweet, said I could come in for my order, offered a refund when I said I couldn't. When I got to the store for the refund she had to come back to the store to issue it, made my free drink from my order and offered me a donut anyway. I would 100% go back to this location, just not before 6am.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I placed an online order expecting the store to be open at 4:30am like their hours state. I got there about 5:30am. Absolutely no one there. Of course my payment has already processed so now I have to wait till 7am to talk to their customer service.
