Will never go back. The lady at the window was rude and basically threw the donuts at me through the window when I asked about the promotion. Donuts were not fresh and warm like always. Good luck dunkin if you employ people like that. This was at 615 am. Worthless.

Update 2/25: Donuts still hard, tasting like they're two or three days old. Nothing is fresh anymore.

I get it’s not the employees fault, they don’t make the rules, but if you don’t have donuts, don’t sell the donuts and not offer a refund, went in and ordered 8 things, 6/8 things they did not have and 2 of the things I bought separately they did not refund, then told me that they were in there with no manager, how do you have what looks like 2 highschoolers and no managers running the place, never come here unless you like being disappointed, the staff was real respectful

I stopped here on Black Friday for an order of 12 powdered sugar munchkins. (They were out of glazed and also out of the snacking bacon.) I waited in line behind 5-6 cars for a total of nearly 30 mins. The person at the window was friendly, but had to ask what I had ordered. Not the biggest deal, since it was busy. I tried to be quick, as there was still a line behind me. I got home and... 6 chocolate and 6 blueberry munchkins were in the bag. My fault for not reading the room and double checking. But for nearly 20 mins of prep time, I'd hoped for the right order.

To the manager- we came in on Veterans Day and your employee Christian was very welcoming and happily treated my husband with respect. You need to give this young man a raise! He provided excellent customer service!!! We will be back because of him!!! (We went to Krispy Kreme and received better service from Christian. )

I ordered my food to pick up and when it arrived it was already ready. The coffee was very good. I didn't give it 5 stars because I wanted the original bag and they gave me another one. But it was still tasty.

Placed our easy order, 2 coffee’s and 2 doughnuts at 9:20 this morning. Sat in the line for 20 minutes. Finally got up there and sat another 6 minutes while the kid was walking around like he didn’t have a clue what to do. We finally drove away. Very disappointed

Not sure what is wrong with this location but they either need more employees or better employees. Ordered a xl coffee and a breakfast sandwich . Coffee was ready when I got to the window but the person working the window had to also make the sandwich. Coffee was none drinkable due to bad creamer. . Will never use this location again. It’s always like this.
