Honestly when I saw the under new management sign I was skeptical, but it has improved so much! The lady at the window every morning I go is sweet and overall service is better!
Every single time I come here they over charge me for items I didn’t even order. Today is no exception. I ordered a sandwich and a drink, was charged for hashbrowns I didn’t order. Was not given a receipt and I paid in cash so of course I can’t prove it. You’d like I would learn my lesson and stop coming here. Don’t go here unless you want the wrong order, burnt food, or to be over charged.
Don't come to this location. Every time I come here they mess up simple orders. They blame it on short staff. That has nothing to do with how you do your job, but the speed of service. Quality over quantity. Slow down. Read. The directions are on the order. 2 times they messed it up. No I don't want you to remake it, I want my money back now. I will continue to give Dunkin' in La Vista on Giles our business. Shame because this one is closer.
Amazing Service!!! Matcha is delicious and the munchkins were phenomenal. I have a suggestion: Matcha Flavored Munchkins
This location never has whats on their menu. They say they can’t make more donuts until the next day. So unfortunate. I have heard nothing but poor things about this location, but it’s the closest one to me so I kept trying and it always fails. Today was the last time. Save your time and just go to another Dunkin.
So came to this Dunkin Donuts cuz we were out and about ... saw drive thru was open so we said let's go in.. walked all the way to the door to be greeted with a sing that said ... sorry our lobby is closed due to staff shortage.. with one car in drive thru.. so we left and this is why the review and after ready the review I can see why..and there was 3 people working inside and it's dead..

I don’t even know where to begin! Every time I order through the app, we go to pick up and majority of our order isn’t available! I’m not sure who does the inventory and ordering, but get it together!

I’ve been going to this Dunkin location for quite a while… and it just continually gets worse and worse. I’ve always ordered on the mobile app, with no issues, until recently. The last three times I’ve put in mobile orders, I’ve gotten there and NO ONE is even there.
The store opens at 0400 and I go through around 0615.. I’ve had to request refunds which has luckily been an easy process.

Ok here we go....this is for the Millard location off 132nd st. Haven't been there for awhile so I thought why not....2 workers. One taking drive thru orders..the other not sure what he was up to. I stood at the counter for two minutes without even being acknowledged....at least say I'll be right with you or something. Other dude trying to fill orders didn't care if he was there or not. Doughnuts were in disarray. Counter was filthy with sprinkles and powder. I'm surprised a manager wasn't there to see this fiasco. I won't be going back anytime soon. 11.10.24 9 am

Unless you order online. Your order will be wrong. They don’t repeat your order, or tell you your total, so after waiting when you get to the window, you just hope for the best.

Been here 3 times. Service in the drive thru was prompt and courteous each time. Glazed donuts were part of the order each time. For some reason the glazed donuts looked and tasted like they were yesterday’s donuts someone tried to add glaze to make them look fresh. Hopefully next time they will have fixed this problem so I can give them more stars instead of taking more away.

They open and close whenever they want. This is great when you order through the app to skip the line and find out that the door is locked when you get there. Been sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes, as of right now, without going forward at all to try to get food I ALREADY paid for.

took forever and messed up my order ??
I'm usually there between 6:30AM and 7:30AM on weekdays and the service is always quick and correct. The morning crew clearly knows what they are doing!
