I came in today around 9 am and had no donuts. How is a donut shop not going to have donuts but Gaby and Kaelyn were very apologetic about having no donuts and gave me other options which I appreciate. They always do a good job on my coffee order and always take there to say hi and have a conversation with me at the window if it wasn’t for gaby and Kaelyn being so welcoming and making me feel like they enjoy me being there this would have been the absolute worst experience ever

Kaelyn does an amazing job she’s great to work with. Makes the best coffee. Exceptional in every aspect of her job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my morning coffee. Really happy to see that someone cares so much about customer service and that’s hard to find anymore. Thanks Dunkin and the team for being so great.

Food was good as usual, but the staff were simply amazing. So very kind and sweet to my great granddaughter. Customer service is always a sign of the business, the ppl working that day are a valuable asset to this business. I left impressed.
