Terribly slow in drive thru, also not particularly friendly service. If you order on the app, I would go inside to pick it up instead of drive thru.

Hadn't tried Dunkin in awhile so thought I'd give it a try. Latte with vanilla was not good.. very bad fake syrup taste. My husband said his regular medium roast coffee was good. Also ordered 6 donuts - we ordered jelly filled and a couple others, but got all sprinkle donuts instead (not at all what we ordered - a couple of my kids thought they were okay, the other didn't finish and said it was bad because the sprinkles were very hard). We should have received the donuts we ordered and paid for. Dunkin is okay overall, but I don't forsee wanting to go back anytime soon - much better alternatives around.

The food always tastes fine, when you actually get it. The service is always slow and unfortunately the people working are clueless because they’re so focused on their phones and the music they’re playing. They are rude to customers, and cussing right behind the counters for customers to see. Floors always sticky, just not a fan.

Lady with the freckles all over her face was very impolite. I said thank you 3 separate times. one right after i ordered, after she gave me my card back, and after i got my latte. not once did she acknowledge me or say you’re welcome. took them near 5 minutes to even come to the window to collect payment. took even longer to make a simple latte. i should not have had to sit at the window for 7 minutes after ordering when i never have to wait that long anywhere else. if you have somewhere to be, don’t come to this location. poor service and long wait time.

Slow wait time in drive through, but had to repeat order several times and got coffee with 3 creams not one because I ordered 3 donuts and she didn't understand I wanted 3 chocolate (glazed) donuts not cake donuts. She redid but came back with 3 chocolate frosted cake donuts. I gave up and just took. She had broken English and couldn't understand. I'll stick to Dunkin on 156th & Ida!

I went in and order two dozen donuts on the touchscreen. Once I paid for them, they told me they didn't have them. They would not refund me my money but told me it would be five minutes and they'd have my donuts. Fifteen minutes later I finally got my donuts. They basically were out of donuts at 9:00 in the morning. Won't be going back.

I’m sorry I have to put this on here. Put this is absolutely ridiculous went there this morning they asked what I wanted 5 times after i payed had to re make my drink 4 times and didn’t give me the correct donut or drink still after sitting there for over 15 mins. These people working there shouldn’t be getting paid more then 2$ an hour seriously get a grip Dunkin’ Donuts !!

Waited in drive thru for 20 min and employee said they had no idea when order would be ready. I left and came back 15 min later just to wait in the drive thru for another 15 min. When I finally got to the window, they only had one of my drinks ready and needed to check with me 5 times to figure out the second order, which was just a bigger size of the first drink. Horrible service, be prepared to wait if you order here

I went through the drive thru today and a lady literally started yelling through the speaker. Then I decide to just back up and leave the drive thru when she yelled at me to just come to the window. When I pull around the building a guy is recording me drive by. It was a very disturbing experience. I’m not sure what happened to this store it used to be my favorite but has gone down hill.

Dunkin food is great but locations and service vary so greatly. I would drive further to go to this location over others. My order is correct and staff are knowledgeable and the service is great. Absolutely worth the stop you guys are doing great!

I ordered a dozen donuts through GrubHub this morning. I'm not sure who's order I got but it wasn't mine. Two out of the 12 donuts were correct 10 donuts were not. I tried to call the store twice and let it ring for several minutes somebody picked up and hung up. I called back same thing just very disappointed in their this restaurant service.
