1st ordering kiosk was out of service and apparently staff was not aware. Lots of staff but running around like chickens. When finally waited upon it took two people to complete my order. 1/2 dozen and two coffees. Simple request for a coffee carrier tray took five minutes only to be told they did not have one.

Every goddamn time I order something they make it wrong. It’s like all the workers are totally incompetent. I’ve worked in restaurants for years and it’s not that hard to read a ticket and make it right. They have never once answered a phone call either. Whoever manages and works at this store is completely lazy and clearly doesn’t care at all.

Great place for a first time job and while others may have had their problems keep in mind these are people some are new some aren't but customers are Never understanding at the fact they are people Before anything else You go as fast as you can And the more you try to put yourself in their shoes the more an understanding can happen While waiting can be stressful it's the most busy Dunkin in Omaha Waiting comes with ordering great staff great Boss Very understanding And does her best to insure this place is a safe one for others

I don’t know if they are not trained or don’t know how to read but this is the second time I have ordered 2 orders of mini bagels and they only gave one. I tried to call to get a refund and they never answered the phone. Most disappointing coffee place around and they think they can charge anywhere near Starbucks when their espresso is nothing in comparison. #Bring back the old Dunkin’
The customer service was horrible, if the server rolled her eyes one more time.I swear her head was going to roll off her shoulders. All the donuts that we got seem to be about a day old, very stale, very nasty. The 156 street & Ida location is disgusting.
Look at all the postings, not even one response from management or the owner that says a lot about this business.

I took my daughter to get a donut this morning to the store on 162nd and Evans plaza. We walked in and nobody acknowledged us. We placed an order at the kiosk and sat down to wait. While waiting all we could hear was 2 members of the leadership team talking extremely negative about the staff. This conversation being heard by everyone in the building. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the team that was there working. It took over 15 minutes for someone to get us our donut. The only positive that came from this experience is that I told my daughter that if she ever takes a job in an environment where the leadership treats their team this way she has my permission to quit. As a business owner, I'm appalled that employees are being treated this way. While I understand not employees are great, it is up to leadership to set the tone and the tone in this establishment is that leadership has extremely low standards. We won't be coming back!

Ordered sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and a side of hashbrowns. Ma6be 7 Hashbrowns in the order but they were really sketchy anyway. But, the breakfast sandwich was killer. Great flavor, a nice little heat off the sausage, and really fresh tasting English muffin. Quick delivery to the house.
