This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. Multiple visits and has been the same every time. 20 minute or more wait just to find out they don't have half of the items on the menu. Lobby is usually closed due to staffing issues. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Seriously giving the franchise a terrible name.

This is my last trip to this Dunkin. I have never had a good experience at this location. They are always out of 75% of the menu items, the place is dirty, employees are not following any safety procedures. By the time you get your food you're no longer excited to eat it. I've tried this place like 5 times and it gets worse every time. I don't know if this is a franchise, but it doesn't seem like anyone cares about the success or profitability. This location should be closed.

Normally I am a big fan of this Dunkin, but very upset to notice after sipping on my drink for a while that there was a gnat in my drink the entire time. I am more disgusted than anything. Don’t think I’ll be back after this 🤮

Floors are sticky, they have staff standing around doing nothing. Bathrooms are dirty and no tp in women's restroom. Nobody helped us with the kiosk until we were almost done with our order. Needs management that can get a daily checklist implemented to staff to keep them on task.

They don’t toast the sandwiches and give the wrong meat!! Very disappointing considering there were only 4 cars in line.

This was the best they had of their donuts! First pic was what I was given. 2nd pic was the replacement. This has happened the last 3 times there. And they out of chocolate eclairs 95% of the time.

Terrible experience this morning. We ordered 4 donuts at the kiosk - two with chocolate frosting and two with strawberry. After about 10 minutes, I asked an employee for an update. He found our ticket and said they didn’t have the donuts we wanted in stock. I asked about several other flavors but they didn’t have those either. Then, I asked for our money back. The employee didn’t reply; he just walked away. Several minutes later I waved down another employee and she refunded our money. People around us were waiting a long time for their orders too, and found they didn’t have their items available either. We received no apology or acknowledgement of our negative experience. The staff didn’t seem to care. We ended up going across the street to Square Donut afterward, and they were wonderful! Very disappointed in the poor customer service at Dunkin. They need to be better staffed with better trained people.

Terrible customer service at the 156th and Ida brand new location. They don't respond to anything. I orderd over the weekend they got the order for pickup wrong and the quality of the new Halloween munchkins was terrible. Half coated half not on those and a box of assorted ones that are all plain. Would not recommend and will not do business again if they can't take the time to respond to issues. Don't waste your hard earned money on this location!

This is the Dunkin that is closest to me, and on my way to work, so I like to go to this one if I can, but lately, it’s just been really not great experiences. I put a mobile order in today, because I figured that would be faster, and there was only two cars in front of me and I still had to wait for 25 minutes before getting my items. They didn’t even start to make my order until I had pulled up to the pick up window, so I might as well have not even done a mobile order at all. They were also out of an item I ordered. I will say I’ve had positive experiences with the manager there, he is great. But the general attitudes of the other people who work there are not great. I think there needs to be more urgency so that it doesn’t take 15-20 minutes to make a single drink for somebody. They just don’t seem to care about getting things done quickly. I think I might just drive farther to go to a different Dunkin, or just stick to Starbucks.

This location needs help. Every time I go here they tell me they are out of donut holes, I’m starting to believe they are too lazy to make them, not sure but service is always extremely slow and people aren’t friendly. Very disappointing and I’m done going here.

I come to this Dunkin' Donuts every time I get donuts, because it's right next to my apartment complex but it's really gone downhill, fast, I ordered a double chocolate, a jelly, a sour cream and a cinnamon. And I got a double chocolate, a jelly and 2 glazed, and I tried to call about 7 or 8 times and the phone just rang and rang and ring and nobody ever answered, and finally it just hung up on me every single time. I'm very disappointed. Because this was my favorite place to go. And I always talked it up to everybody, but not anymore... From now on, I'll be using the one on a 144th and Pacific...if i even go again
