This is the Dunkin that is closest to me, and on my way to work, so I like to go to this one if I can, but lately, it’s just been really not great experiences. I put a mobile order in today, because I figured that would be faster, and there was only two cars in front of me and I still had to wait for 25 minutes before getting my items. They didn’t even start to make my order until I had pulled up to the pick up window, so I might as well have not even done a mobile order at...

The drive thru was very slow and backed up with more than 12 cars waiting. I waited over 30 min and once you order your stuck in the line. There is no room to drive around and our of rhe drive thru so I was stuck

I could not believe these people.bathroom was filthy and the restaurant floor was disgusting. May have had a big crowd in prior to us..but no excuse y'all was just standing around.
