Hadn't tried Dunkin in awhile so thought I'd give it a try. Latte with vanilla was not good.. very bad fake syrup taste. My husband said his regular medium roast coffee was good. Also ordered 6 donuts - we ordered jelly filled and a couple others, but got all sprinkle donuts instead (not at all what we ordered - a couple of my kids thought they were okay, the other didn't finish and said it was bad because the sprinkles were very hard). We should have received the...

Dunkin food is great but locations and service vary so greatly. I would drive further to go to this location over others. My order is correct and staff are knowledgeable and the service is great. Absolutely worth the stop you guys are doing great!

1st ordering kiosk was out of service and apparently staff was not aware. Lots of staff but running around like chickens. When finally waited upon it took two people to complete my order. 1/2 dozen and two coffees. Simple request for a coffee carrier tray took five minutes only to be told they did not have one.
