This was our first experience at Dynamite and we were floored! We know Omaha quite well and really love the dining scene, so eating at the hotel isn't always our first choice. However, we had stayed previously at The Farnham and told ourselves next time we were staying there we would eat "in-house". We were glad we did. We have a great friend who lives in Omaha and he met us for dinner as well and we were all super impressed with everything - the menu, the service, the ambiance....outstanding! Do not miss this restaurant if you're stay at the hotel or just live in Omaha!
What an incredible staff at this spot. Everyone is friendly and so professional. Food is awesome and the venue is really special.
Great professional wait staff. Ambiance was very nice. Food presentation and combinations were wonderful. Would definitely go back.
Our waiter Chris, was absolutely amazing. The food and service was impeccable and oh so so special. While the menu is pricey it's worth every penny. Thanks for another incredible dining experience.
First time going to dine there and will 100% be going back. Loved our food and the way we were treated the whole time ! our Waiter Armando was amazing !
Horrible service made a reservation and waited 30 mins after and never got seated but people that came in after us got seated. Would not recommend this restaurant

I’ve just recently moved to the Omaha area and have been exploring all of the food spots. Dynamite was recommended by a friend, so I took my daughter here for a special evening. Every single part about this place was thoughtful. The staff, the decor, most importantly, the food. It was an experience for us for sure. The chef was engaging and the food he brought us was incredible. Different levels of flavor and much appreciated on a cold day. The two working the grill cooked the best steak I’ve ever had, which is something to me. The individual waiting on our table was amazing as well. Very seriously, everything was perfection for us, so thank you.

Awful.
Rude staff.
Food plated with bare hands.
Rude chef.
Fatty meat.
Eating at the bar by myself I did not need 4 different serves asking me if it was a special occasion.
Staff behind the bar were eating and drinking which I have never seen before.
Chef was just obnoxious.
Told I couldn’t take pictures - kind of surprised that there are other pictures here.
Only ate her because I stayed at the hotel.
Will not do either going forward.
Best to avoid at all costs.

Hands down the best ribeye I’ve had and likely the best meal we have had in Omaha in years. We’ve eaten at a lot of the big names, Drover(a lot), Prime, Spencer’s, Brother Sebastian’s, Jericho’s, Gorat’s…the list goes on, but Dynamite blows them all out of the water. I had my ribeye Pittsburgh rare, perfection, and my wife’s filet was cook perfectly medium rare to her liking as well. The sear was excellent, the sauce pairings were amazing and the flavor on the cuts was like nothing we have experienced. We had the crab cake to start and it was delicious, not the doughy mess you find at other establishments. The truffle Mac is a must if you visit and the Brussels sprouts were on point, a bit too much red pepper for my wife but heat is subjective. The staff was attentive and courteous. They clearly know what they are doing and I highly recommend giving them a shot if you have done the “Omaha steakhouse circuit”. They moved to the top of my list last evening. Excellent work, we very much enjoyed and will be returning as soon as we can.

We stopped by on a Saturday evening with friends due to the location. I will say the margarita here is top notch and likely one of the best I have ever had in Omaha! I will 100 percent come back for drinks! Two people in my party ordered the Salmon meal and said it was delicious. I ordered the mushroom noodle dish with 4oz of filet on the side and thought it was ok. I wouldn’t get it again. The charcuterie board was nice and the service was very good. I thought it was high priced for what you got. This wouldn’t be my go to restaurant for a higher end meal but it would return for drinks!

A colleague of mine suggested I try this place, so I did. First, let me mention that you pay the normal sales tax, PLUS the restaurant tax, PLUS an Omaha Employment Area Tax, which no one in the building knew wth it was. So, you pay 12% in taxes! I ordered the 8 oz. filet, which at $64, is the most expensive 8 oz. filet in the city. Unfortunately, they overcooked it. Every chef in this city likes to overcook steaks. It comes with one side. With dinner, a martini and a scotch, my total came to $121.16 with tip.
I was solo. Had my steak been prepared as I requested, I would have given a better review. If you're gonna charge me $121.00 plus, it better be great!
