Great place, great staff, and great food. Had a small mix up with what I ordered and what they brought me. They hold themselves to the highest standards and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great dining experience. Top notch service, highly recommended.

I've been to this restaurant about four times, hoping every time I was wrong to think their food is bad. But they never fail to convince me otherwise. Nice ambiance and great service, but the steak is too salty and the dishes overall are just very mediocre. Definitely not worth $600+ we spent for our Valentine's day.

This was our second visit to Dynamite Woodfire Grill. There were three of us. Overall, the meal was very good. I was very disappointed that their delicious cornbread had been overcooked this time so it was dark brown, dry and just not good. I ordered my steak medium, knowing that I could have it cooked a little more if I needed it. My steak was definitely on the high side of medium, actually medium well. It was obviously a good cut of steak because it was still tender and I enjoyed it. Dynamite was very busy that night and that's apparently why things weren't as great as our first experience. Would I go back? Yes, but I would check for events around downtown first to try to gauge how packed the restaurant might be.

Fabulous menu and service! If you're looking for craft cocktails, interesting shareables, like deep fried panko olives, and great entrees, you will enjoy Dynamite. The price is what you would expect for the quality of the experience and food. We will definitely be back for special occasions.

My wife and I had a great date night. Amazing food and Janeva was a great server! The crab cake was the best I have ever had. The steaks and sides were great as well. Highly recommended!

Would like to THANK Mr. Coriouno Bryce and his staff at Dynamite for an amazing dinner night with the Mrs. last night. Great atmosphere, prompt staff/customer service and the food was AWESOME! My steak was cooked to perfection and looking forward to dining here again in the near future! Please stop by to support my Brother and this establishment you won't be disappointed!

Food and drink were fantastic. Was disappointed on the number of asparagus stalks that came with my wife's steak. We were going to share our sides with each other as I got a generous bowl of Mac and cheese and she got four stalks of asparagus. Still would go back but maybe pick a different side to share.

If you want a place for amazing cocktails and delicious appetizers, this is the perfect place. Just find somewhere else to have your main course. I ordered the New York Strip med rate with horseradish sour cream and truffle Mac and cheese. First they switched our orders around with the wrong steak, sauce, and side combinations. Second, the steak was rubbery, overcooked and bland. The horseradish sour cream was just sour cream. The Mac and cheese was very good. We were trying to get to the Creighton game so I just sucked it up and ate what I could. As far as steakhouses go in Omaha, this was the worst steak I've eaten. For the price, they should be ashamed to put that level of food in a plate. Our entire party was very disappointed and none of us plan on returning.

Very meat centric - they list a vegetarian menu which isn't vegetarian. My husband and I each had the late harvest salad which was delicious - fresh and a nice light vinaigrette. I had the mushroom tagliatelle as an entree portion and it was also delicious. My husband had the crab cake and said it was mostly crab as opposed to breading. Food was very good- just not many options for a vegetarian and even less for a vegan. I will go back, but not often as I'll get bored.

This was my first time here, and let me tell you, it is a very nice restaurant. The ambiance and service was great. The food on the other hand was very mediocre. For a place with a price point of $100 a plate I expected more flavor and hot steak. I ordered the ribeye with Mac and cheese, a side of cream of corn, and a starter of calamari. The calamari was cooked to perfection but the sauce was terrible. The steak was warm at best and the chimichurri sauce was flavorless. The Mac and cheese was runny, and even after letting it sit for a bit to cool in hopes of it thickening, it was still runny and not very flavorful. The orchard old fashioned that I had to drink was the highlight of the experience, as it was flavorful and aromatic. For me this place is overpriced for its delivery and I doubt I would recommend it to anyone that I know. Very mediocre food in my humble opinion. But it would be a nice place to have a drink at.

The fam took me out for my special day to Dynamite. It was amazing! The atmosphere was crisp and comfortable. The open kitchen was neat to watch. The chefs didn't stop moving. They moved gracefully around the kitchen. Our server, Jeneva, was amazing. She knows her menu, chefs, and food. She was there when we needed her and let us be when we were eating. Jeneva made sure we were set up and satisfied. The food was delicious! We had the ruben croquettes. So delish! There were picked onion slices on top... they added a nice pop to the dish. They served complimentary corn bread, which was a nice addition. The buttery bread was light and fluffy.Hubs has the porterhouse. It was tender and juicy. He teamed it up with the truffle mac. Zero complaints.Daughter had the salmon. It was picture perfect!

Food was great! 1 hour waiting period between appetizers and main course though. Also my server didn't pack my leftover baked potato, I wanted to eat that. I told him I wanted all of my leftovers.

We came for our 13yr wedding anniversary and had a great time! The food quality was fantastic. I noted our anniversary in the reservation and we were impressed with a nice treat to end our meal. I enjoyed a glass of the hotel's barrel pick bourbon (the hotel sold me a bottle also)! One criticism would be our seating. Of course someone has to sit next to the grill and server standing area, I get that. I just wish it wasn't us on our special night and that a more thought out location would have been reserved, but very minimal in the overall experience of the night. We will absolutely be back next year!

Limited selection on food , took forever too bring out our drinks , waiter wasn't on top of his shyt. Certain food items weren't available due too it being valentine day they was going off a certain menu
