Drove across town and arrived at 8:40pm to be told they were closed even though the door was still unlocked and online it said 9pm.

After moving to the area and passing it everyday my boyfriend and I decided to try it out. The ladies working were nice but that's about the only nice thing I can say. We each got one scoop of ice cream and it came out to 8 dollars and some change. The ice cream itself barely had any favor, highly disappointed for paying that much for ice cream that was below average. Don't plan on coming back and can't say i would recommend.

Horrible customer service. Walked out empty handed after a waiting over 7 minutes. One girl couldn’t figure out subtraction and the other walked around doing anything but helping people. Just wanted a cookie - which I won’t go back for. Waste of time.

The ice cream wasn’t bad, but it didn’t have much flavor at all. Prices were reasonable.

Cute little place to grab ice cream. Not a ton of room so don't bring 20 friends. I guess they are animal friendly as one guy brought his dog inside. Bring your patience if you come during rush hour they took out the stoplight in front of the restaurant so lots of stop and go at the stop sign.

My husband and I saw this on Shark Tank and I love ice cream so I figured it was worth a shot. I placed the order and just a few days later it arrived which was great! The ice cream tasted fantastic, my only complaint is the peanut butter ice cream tasted pretty plain. We agreed we could get this for way cheaper around the corner, and better, too. For 4 pints of ice cream shipped to us it was almost $85. We're glad we tried it but it was a one and done for us

Great customer service! The ladies were very friendly! The ice cream was delicious!!!

Kid-friendliness: My 6 year old was struggling to figure out which flavor he wanted and the ladies working were helpful in letting him sample several favors.

Meh!

Got a three month gift from a friend. 4 pints a month. I'm on my second month and so far I have to say that the ice cream is really nothing special. On par with a store brand pint at best. It's not really creamy. Several of the pints I've had were kind of icy. The flavors are ok, but their use of mix-ins is pretty random. Most have too much and some not enough. For a cost of about $14 a pint, I'd expect more. Truthfully, you'll be happier with Ben & Jerry's. And you'll save a lot of money.

Do not ship anything from ecreamery. I purchased the Father's Day flavors, 4 pints plus shipping for $80+ (which I already thought was kind of expensive, but I was willing to spend it because they came highly recommended by a friend). Guaranteed delivery before Father's Day.

On the portal to input shipping address, it autofills with city state and zip if you click the drop down street number and street name. There was only ONE address in the whole US of where I was sending the package (street number and street name), so this wasn't an issue of clicking the wrong address (literally went back and checked to see if it was possibly my own mistake and I clicked the wrong address from the drop down, but no, there was only one address with the same number and street name in the whole US). Long story short, the package was delivered almost a week after Fathers Day, melted, and when I asked them for a refund of the money, they said, "Sorry, we will not give a refund. The address CITY was wrong so it was delayed in Kansas City (Which, again, made no sense because if they are shipping from Omaha to Omaha (the incorrect city in which they said was on the label) Why would it have ever gone to Kansas City??). Oh, but we will give you a discount if you would like to order again and we will make sure it get's there this time by the end of the week!" (Even with the discount, at that point, I would have spent $140 PLUS additional shipping for 4 pints of ice cream - no thank you)

I won't order from them again and will be sure to let my friends, family, and colleagues know of the experience.

RESPONSE TO ECREAMERY'S RESPONSE:

Let me ask you two questions:

1. Do you think $140 plus an additional amount for shipping is a good use of funds to receive 4 pints of ice cream? If the answer is no, then perhaps not the best remedy to the situation as I've stated directly to you in email.

2. Did you happen to venture to the portal and type in the address yourself (since you have it) to see how the address popped up and filled in the ONLY correct city, state ,and zip for that particular street number and street name? I didn't type in the address - your portal did it for me.

I would have been happy with the product being reshipped so my Dad could have enjoyed something EVENTUALLY for Father's Day, or even a partial refund at this point, but to tell me to pay AGAIN at the "discounted rate" of $140 plus shipping to receive 4 pints of ice cream is ridiculous.

My review stands and I hope others see it and think twice before ordering through your website.
