Rude young lady working here. She didn't put my cookies in the bag and looked annoyed when I was looking around and my last time will be going and the cookies broke halfway home from the mixed bag. Please save $8 from mixed cookies and buy yourself $2 Costco court or anywhere else but here.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I don’t understand why it’s such a big deal to get a box when u purchase the decorated cookies in the case. I usually will get 2 or more and They want to just put them in a bag and the design gets ruined! When I ask for a box they act super irritated and rude. Also the other day I brought my niece in around 5:30 to pick out a cookie and the girl was rude and was rushing us no one else was in there. When I walked in she was like what can I get ya and I was I’m not sure let me look I turn around to my niece and say pick what u want and then immediately the girl was like which one do u want and I said I don’t know yet we’re looking she seemed annoyed. I usually come and buy 1 to 2 dozen of the decorated cookies every holiday for my family and with this quality of service I’m just over it I’ll take my business else where. such a disappointment

I used to love these cookies but then I looked at the ingredients. They use margarine and vegetable oil and a bunch of other unnecessary ingredients, yuck! These are not your Grandma's cookies. Please use butter and less junk!

Went into the store to pick up a specific cookie that I’ve always been able to walk in and get the day before Valentine’s Day as a gift for our kids. It’s become a tradition every year but this year is different. They didn’t have it and the lady said they would tomorrow. Well that doesn’t do me any good now does it seeing as I live out of town and drove in specifically for this one item today. Won’t be making a special trip in tomorrow so now I’ll be going to Crumbl cookie which is reliable for having their flavors and making that our new tradition. It’s sad that service has gone way down.
I visited this location roughly 6 months back and attempted to purchase 8 dozen cookies.
I was told they cannot sell in large orders without calling in advance to order.
Fast forward to today , I called the location and asked to place an order for pickup tomorrow am at open.
The woman who was helping me failed to ask what my order would consist of and snapped back with “An order placed this late ⏰ in the day cannot be picked up until after 10 a.m.
Pretty sad that a customer calling to place an order for 5 dozen sugar cookies is turned away and the business is open until 6 pm this evening.
I’ve never had this experience with any of the other Omaha locations.

The lady at the register was very rude. I was trying to ask questions about the prices and she was very rude barely giving me answers. She got mad that I didn’t notice the price in the front, and rudely pointed towards it when I asked
