So placed my order online for the gretna location and it was sent to the 72 st location. called them after i realized to cancel or see if the order could be redirected and was told nope nothing they could do. i live 2 minutes away from the Gretna location and not driving down to 72st. Terrible customer service terrible site design. good food bad people and now they have stolen my money.

We went on National Margarita Day, so we were prepared to wait, but I’m not sure front of house was. Walked in and there was zero acknowledgment that anyone new was entering the restaurant. Attempted to catch the attention of at least three different employees, and were ignored by all. Three other parties walked in behind us, and same story, everyone was ignored. After over five mins of waiting, we noticed that the host staff were literally going off of a list of names on the back of an old receipt. So we ended up snatching the list and wrote our name and party size down ourselves, and everyone after us followed suit. Our wait wasn’t terribly long but I can’t imagine how long it’d be if we weren’t nosy and saw the list. I just started telling everyone walking in that they’re ignoring us and to write names and group sizes on the paper sitting at the to go desk if they want to added to the wait.Once seated, the service was perfectly fine and our food was good enough that we’d be willing to try again on a significantly less busy day.

This place was cool. The food was good. The atmosphere was Melo, too. I ordered ceviche, and it was okay, but I have had better, but I guess everyone makes it different. Frozen margaritas were tasty, too. Surprisingly, this was my first time going, and I will definitely go again.

Love this place !They have coke products. They know about white cheese to dip chips in. They have excellent homemade salsa that they bring to the table..yummy chips.

I stopped at the north 72nd restaurant, I ordered the California burrito and a margarita, all were very delicious, the service was very quick, the waitress was very knowledgeable, she had recommendations, she kept checking to see how I was doing and if I needed anything else .
