Discovered these enchiladas at the Overland Park Holiday Mart. They are the BEST! My sister goes to to Omaha for work and will pick them up for the family from now on. And get the avocado salsa. Game changer!
Really great food and the nicest people who run it!!
Ran across these as a fellow vendor at the Omaha Winter Markets. I took a recommendation on some chicken enchiladas - I wasn't expecting them to be frozen. That being said, there's absolutely a benefit there and it is cooking them when I want, easy transport, and no wasting of food.
Just had them out of the oven tonight and gotta say I'm sold! Great flavor, they cooked up perfectly. I'll be buying more at the next market and be able to cook them when I choose.
I'd absolutely recommend trying these out for yourself š¤š¤š¤
I first experienced Erickās at the Farmers Market in Omaha. I did not want to leave their stand. My friend and I had to place another order to bring back to our home state to share the wonderful deliciousness. It is a definite must try, if you havenāt.
The most terrible tamales I ever put into my mouth. Immediately I spit out and rinsed my mouth put remaining tamales down garbage disposal. No taste chicken dry no flavor. Never again would I buy Erick's products
I was introduced to Erickās from a buddy today. Not knowing what to expect and the food was fantastic. I will definitely be back!
We got the beef enchiladas with chips and salsa from Eric from the askarbenās farmer market and my lanta were these good! Definitely going to stock up next time we are at the farmers market!

This is such a bizarre ārestaurant.ā (Itās not a restaurant in the traditional sense; itās a room full of freezers.) You go there, a guy gets frozen enchiladas out of a freezer, you buy them, take them home, and heat them up yourself. And while I do see a lot of other reviews from people who love them, my wife and I did not. So many other delicious enchiladas in this town (La Mesa, Abelardos, and de Leonās spring to mind) that I canāt see a reason to go here. Check out the photo for some of the strangest ambiance youāve ever seen.

Amazing Enchiladas! Been getting them for quite awhile. Recently found the store on 13th street so we can have them whenever we want. They have other menu items as well as salsas and chips. Not a dine in place, which is not necessary for us

I grew up eating beef and cheese enchiladas every Saturday at the farmers market. 11/10. I wish I still lived in Omaha to get more but I stop by every time Iām in town. I hope someday we will get delivery across states.
