Discovered these enchiladas at the Overland Park Holiday Mart. They are the BEST! My sister goes to to Omaha for work and will pick them up for the family from now on. And get the avocado salsa. Game changer!
Ran across these as a fellow vendor at the Omaha Winter Markets. I took a recommendation on some chicken enchiladas - I wasn't expecting them to be frozen. That being said, there's absolutely a benefit there and it is cooking them when I want, easy transport, and no wasting of food.
Just had them out of the oven tonight and gotta say I'm sold! Great flavor, they cooked up perfectly. I'll be buying more at the next market and be able to cook...

The mango salsa & the spicy salsa are my absolute favorites and are perfect with the flour tortilla chips.
They are super easy to warm up/cook and make wonderful quick dinners. We feel I love with them during the home and garden show this year and will be definitely a repeat customer!
