We visited to celebrate our son’s birthday and were seated promptly, which was a great start. Our server approached and immediately said she would bring us waters. While I typically prefer to order something other than water—especially for a special occasion—I waited until she returned to let her know my actual drink choice. Unfortunately, she seemed visibly annoyed by the change.
Our food arrived quickly, which we appreciated. My meal was absolutely delicious—so much so that my son ended up claiming it for himself! However, my husband’s fruit side dish had a hair in it. Instead of requesting a replacement, we asked for a side of pancakes instead. Again, our server appeared annoyed by the request.
After we finished eating and it was time to pay, it seemed as though our server was relieved we were leaving. As someone who also works in the service industry, I was surprised by the lack of warmth and attentiveness. I understand everyone has off days, but customer experience—especially during a celebration—is so important.

I arrived at this restaurant today at 11am. We were sat promptly by an extremely nice lady, but that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place. This was a Monday at 11am, we had several people walk past us, even looking at us, then about 11:15 a man came and brought us waters.. We then waited another 15 mins for someone to come to our table, but they never did. A little after 11:30 we got up and walked out. I stopped at the front to ask for a manger, but he had seen me and decided he wanted to talk to me then when he was one of the people that walked by our table and looked at us more than once.. All three of us at the table work in the service industry and were completely appalled by the level of customer service. I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to do the same… Shame of you farmhouse, your servers would never make it at a busy restaurant!!

Food sucked. Everything was dry and overcooked. Appliances need to be inspected. Spinach dip tasted like seafood. Chili and cheese dip overheated chunky slop. Chicken was like jerky. Fries were cardboard. Such a waste.

Absolutely incredible! The service is fantastic. Alanna was sweet and on top of things my coffee was never even half empty. The quality completely wowed me. We couldn't finish our meals but ate most of them.

Came here today hoping to feed my very hangry kids and had been looking forward to this. Love their food. As we were waiting in the front a cockroach scurried across the floor and my 2 year old daughter stomped on it. And tried to pick it up. We canceled our spot in line and let them know. Usually if there is roaches out in the day, it’s a sign of a larger infestation somewhere.
Hope you guys can close down for a few days to take care of this problem properly and clean the place and then we would love to come back and enjoy the food. So good but now I am scared to eat here 😬

We went on a Sunday, it was packed had to wait 30 min, but did some shopping worked out great. Food was perfect. Our server Colleen took care of our table of 5 quickly and continued to check back, even as busy as they were.
