Been coming to this Fazoli's for about twenty years and, tonight, we had the best fluffy melt-in-your-mouth buttery garlic bread sticks, beat flavorful chicken Alfredo, delicious fresh-made salads loaded with crisp carrots and crunchy croutons, and the service was the best we've ever had any Fazoli's we've visited across multiple locations in states during all our travels.
Do yourself a favor and go see Tyler - his energy, his welcoming demeanor, her personable nature, and his rapid attentiveness all make for a fantastic dining experience...and be sure to bring a little cash to float him a well deserved tip when he delivers your plates!

There was an employee painting before we came into the restaurant, and brought it back to where the food is being prepped. I ended up personally, by accident sticking my hand in some wet paint in a different area from where they were painting. Then the employee who was painting was also serving food. And no one had said anything to anyone about fresh paint.
I would give 5⭐️ for my Doordash delivery because they made my order correctly and delivered it on time. ZERO complaints... OZZY!!!

The girl in the drive-through said she couldn’t hear us and please pull forward when we pulled forward. She had an earbud in her ear and the headset in the other ear. I guess whatever was in the earbud was more important.

Overpriced for the quality. I paid 21 dollars for baked spaghetti for one person that didn't have meat in the sauce and wasn't very flavorful. It came with a cookie and drink. I used the drive through. Had to park and wait for my food. The cookie was the best part of the meal
Alison was very polite and also came around and asked if we wanted more breadsticks and also came back to ask us how everything was tasting!! Very outstanding customer service

Horrible location. Management at this location of 84th St. in Lavista Nebraska, is very disrespectful, especially to the elderly. The place never has any business and now I know why, I thought it was because of the crappy food, but It’s because of the horrible management. I hope the place shuts down soon because it’s pretty gross and filthy.
