I was visiting family from out of town and was missing my cats . It was great spending time here 2 days in a row with all the sweet cats and sharing the experience with my family members. It's a wonderful place to support. Good coffee too!

It was so much fun! The kitties are adorable! The scone was amazing! However, the hot chocolate was watered down, and the cat room was really crowded with people. I asked one if the workers about adopting one of the cats, but my time ran out before he ever got back to me (I alerted him towards the beginning of my time). When our time was done, he was nowhere to be found, and we had to go, anyways. But, even if we did have time, I didn't feel like we could have stayed past our time- it was like a machine with the people anxiously waiting for their turn. People were being cranked in and out according to the time slots. It was very chaotic. I'd go back, though, maybe not on a Saturday.
Worst place ever! Unless you want to wait 3 weeks for a cat and lose several cats you are interested in. Some of the good ones even get snatched up by the owners because why not? Staff at the place is rude and condescending and will drop everything for an adoption even if there are 10 in line. Don’t get a cat from here

I loved the cats and the experience but the cafe side was extremely rude to me when I was just trying to get a coffee, I accidentally tapped too soon and they overcharged me so I couldn’t pay for my coffee because of the pending charge so I got no coffee and he tried to not give me all my money back, I gave him a five and he handed me 3 dollars. Like literally what, horrible cafe experience definitely wouldn’t recommend drinking any coffee there, highly recommend the cat portion though! Adopt don’t shop!!

I love the coffee and the cute cats! It's a great place to go, even if you can't pet or be around the cats due to allergies. The cafe is totally separate from the cat area, although you can bring drinks in. In terms of the coffee, it is so well made! The baristas are great and the cat staff is so friendly. The cats are obviously the star employees ⭐
