Left work excited to have tacos with my elderly parents. We ordered our drinks and waited 56 minutes while we watch others come in order and be served. When we attempted to speak with a waitress she was very rude after seating us in the very back of the restaurant which was extremely dirty. We were never served! We attempted to pay for drinks however the front desk staff advised we didn't have to pay anything. When we called to speak with a manager they hung up on us. We called back the part time manager was also rude. By the way were the only people of color (Black). So disappointed! They accused of not paying for the drinks after staff members stated we didn't need to pay. Fernando's at this time has horrible customer service!!!

The chicken tacos are a must have for me. And enchiladas. And queso fundíto (chile con queso). And the salsa. I go in and order to-go mostly, but dining in, with the hot ceramic plates, is awesome!

Margarita was too sugary. Dish was smothered in cheese to cover up the small portion underneath. Server didn't listen to what was ordered for the drink and the main dish. She got em both wrong. Was an experience I will not go back to again.

Met friends for dinner and we all had great meals. Plenty of food when you order. The service was excellent and lots of margarita options. I will be back.
Fernando's has not been hit by the shrink flation bug. All portions were big. Appetizer was spicy cheese curds and fries. Had burger, 3 beef tacos, and a tacolada. Had to take stuff home. Everything was fresh and came out with the right amount of time. The server was good at keeping drinks filled. Will go back

The food was subpar. The rice and beans tasted like it was days old. Service was not good. When I asked for chips and salsa, our waitress said it was going to be an added cost but then told they don’t have salsa just pico. Bathrooms were okay not wheelchair accessible. Overall, it was our first time there and we will not be back.

The queso was way spicier then normal and that's literally what I came for ?. My friend loved her tamale float. My nachos were pretty from up top but under the 1st row was nothing but chips. I'll still go back for the queso. Margarita was mediocre. Waiter was nice and funny.
