The only issue was with the reservation. They couldn't find it at first but after that everything went really smoothly

I hadn't been to Firebirds in years, but wanted a cozy place for a double date with friends. I was reminded why this restaurant has been there for so long. The ambiance is so great and our server was attentive and super friendly. The food is great, and we had a great time.

We typically have great experiences, but last night's dinner was not great. We were brought the wrong food. Our steaks were way overcooked. The Caesar salad didn't taste right.

Firebirds is usually our Friday night date night go too. The service was wonderful, which improved our score, but we were so disappointed in the food. My steak was very thin and way over cooked, the bake potato, was so overcooked, the skin and most of the potato was hard as a rock. We usually give them such a nice review, i feel bad, but it is an expensive dinner to have it be so poorly cooked. They were unusually slow, so no excuse the cooks were overwhelmed or busy.

Firebirds is one of our favorite places to eat in Omaha and we go there frequently. It's one of the best steaks in town. Last night we were surprised as both of our 9oz filets and the grilled shrimp had WAY too much salt. We've never experienced that before there. It was enough that we had trouble eating the meat.
We arrived early for our reservation, but got us in with no issues. Great service and great food.

Very good as always! Couple minor things..ordered a bottle of wine and didn't have a sleeve to put it in. Also..our server didn't offer refills on our waters!

The hostess was rude and seemed like it was an inconvenience to seat us. Told us our server would be with us as she was walking away. Steak was full of gristle. Small fruit flies kept flying over the table.

It was busy so it's very loud but Ben was our server and he was great! The food was delicious as always and the Granny Smith drinks are amazing! 😋
