Nice place and attentive staff. I had prime rib, and it was pretty good. My daughter got a caprese pasta, which she loved. My wife got the filet mignon. Everyone really enjoyed their dinner. One thing i loved, especially - I asked about the nuts on top of the carrots (my wife and i had ordered an extra side to share, and she's got nut allergies). The waiter answered without hesitation they were pumpkin seeds. Sometimes, when i ask questions like that, the waitstaff will need to go ask someone. That's fine, but it's nice when the waitstaff is knowledgeable.Good place for the price.

It was ok. Didn’t care for the smell of eggs right when we walked in, that almost made us turn around and go somewhere else. But we held out to see how the food was. I ordered a sirloin with garlic butter and they over did it with the garlic butter. Couldn’t finish it. The mashed potatoes were kinda meh as well. My husband had the prime rib and that was good. His baked potato was just meh tho. Don’t really think our meals were worth the $80 we spent. I don’t think we’ll be back.

We love Firebirds and end up eating there several times per month. We spend a LOT of money at this place. My one complaint is that we always plan to go at Happy Hour but every time we get there, the few tables in the bar are already full. Likewise, the chairs at the bar are full. Every time. So we want to order off the Happy Hour menu but since we can't sit in the bar, we sit in the restaurant but can't get the Happy Hours prices - we have to pay full price. This is stupid! Why does it matter?

Food was good. Our waiter didn't really seem in the mood to be there today. I wished there were more middle priced options. Either you order a burger or a $45 steak.

We were there Saturday March 30 for my 60th birthday dinner. There was a piece of plastic in my husband's chicken pasta, my mother and brother in law ordered burgers medium well. When they cut them in half to eat them they were really pink and blood coming out of them. My niece ordered the salmon with the lobster bisque on it and they served it to her without the bisque. The servers and hostess were nice and respectful.

We were there on a busy Friday night to celebrate my father-in-law’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Our server, Jack was amazing!! Very attentive and had a great demeanor! Food and drinks were fantastic as well. We were here visiting from California. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

Firebirds is one of my favorites for its value and consistently delicious food. My girlfriend introduced me here last September when she surprised me for my birthday - it was fantastic. Most recently, I went here this past Friday to join my dad and mom for his bday lunch. We sat in the bar area, kind of close to a fireplace where I ordered the Firebirds Durango burger with tots. (Picture below)My presents. Opted for a caprese chicken pasta dish and my Dad got the friend flounder sandwich (he did say it could have used more fish) but was good. with salad combo. My girlfriend had to work I got the grilled chicken sandwich and blt salad (no tomatoes) to go so she could enjoy the wonderful food she got me hooked on. I highly recommend this place. Check it out!

Ranch Rings ✔️Bacon Deviled Eggs ✔️Spinach and Salmon Salad ✔️Bleu Cheese Filet, with Southwest Au Gratin Potatoes ✔️We started with the rings, and deviled eggs. The onion rings were incredibly crispy. The ranch dressing was think, and creamy. The candied bacon on the deviled eggs didn’t suck. The eggs themselves were under seasoned, and a tad dry for my taste.I had the Spanish & Salmon Salad which came salmonless. Our waitress dropped the ball when entering in the order, which she owned, and quickly rectified. Much appreciated. The salad was on point. My wife had the filet. It was cooked to our likely, medium rare. The mushrooms were flavorful, and the potatoes were extra creamy. The perfect bite of steak, mushrooms & potatoes did happen. Let me tell you, it was lovely! All in all, I’d happily return. Good food, especially for a chain & the service matched.

A nicely decorated restaurant to dine with a loved one or more. I tried the Pamesean Crusted Chicken, I rated this a 4 , not because of flavor but because of value. I felt it should have been paired with at least spaghetti or something for the price of $24.95 . I was able to order Broccoli which was one of the side items included in the price. They have a decent drink menu, and a tempting assortment of desert selections. Would I visit again? Yes, there were other dishes on the menu that caught my eye.
