Would give five starts but had to wait for my sandwich for 25 minutes with only two orders in front of me. Now I will not have time to eat when I get back to work. That is ridiculous...25 minutes for a sub sandwich. They were super slow last time I was there at night with only one order in front of us this was in the evening. They have slow peeps.

I waited 35 minutes for one sub. There was only 2 staff for the lunch time and they didn’t seem like they were in any hurry to get people served. One employee actually answered her cell phone while making sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous.
After waiting in line for over 5 minutes with no one in front off me I was finally acknowledged with the rest of the growing line behind me with "sorry guys" after a few more minutes of not being helped I ended up leaving. I get you might of had an online order or something but Christina the assistant manager was too busy to help us or even tell us "I'll be with you in a few" yet she wasn't too busy to answer her person cell phone to talk all while wearing gloves that she continued making sandwiches with. No thanks.

Didn't even know they were there. Food was good,people were friendly the only bad part was it was so cold in the restraunt I didn't enjoy eating there. I sat as far back from the door as possible but still to cold for me and my husband. But food was great.
