I am a little picky and complicated when it comes to my deli sandwiches, but Jordan and Brody (Me & Him) did not disappoint. My food was made hot fresh and not one olive was out of place. If you’re looking for a quick sandwich on your lunch break, served with a smile and some friendly jokes. This is the place.

Staff needs to make it perfectly clear with the customer when they arrive what foods are available in store compared to what the app advertises. We ordered milk and a half brownie as part of the kids meal. We instead got water which I asked for because they didn't have milk, and we weren't given the brownie. Foul. It's fine this time, but the corrective action for next time: Communicatethe options you do have.
Also, the accuracy of my wife's Italian sandwich was incorrect. They put mustard on the sandwich when it was specifically requested on the app to not put mustard. Foul again. Corrective action is obvious for this.
We love Firehouse and love this location, but accuracy and communicating need to be cleaned up. It was about 110pm, and it wasn't busy. No excuses.

Went to this location and when I go to the counter to order. There was a lady counting the cash in register. There was a young girl next to her that stated we can only accept card payments because we already counted the register, I stated they were open until 900 pm And there was no sign stating the only accept card payments. The lady counting money raised her voice and said that’s why we are telling u now. I explained I went out of my way to to get there to order food. The young girl said u can get out of here and go someplace else. Horrible experience, they just lot a 75.00 order.

I had never been to this restaurant before. I was pleasantly surprised.. The bread was toasted.. I would call it a medium-rare toasting!! I had the club sandwich.. The meat is a shaved meat and warmed.. sooo yummy!!
Only 2 things in my humble opinion that could use a change.. the free pickle spear was a cheaper pickle version.. I would have preferred more of a deli (kosher dill) pickle.. My 2nd issue would be the smaller bags of chips.. I understand the need to be more cost effective in this day and age.
Overall.. Would I eat here again?? Heck Yeah.. and I will tell everyone I come across that they need to eat here!!

I ate here for lunch. All the staff here were very pleasant and had smiles on their faces. They were the perfect balance between friendly and efficient. The lobby, tables, and soda machine were all clean. I applaud the services here and hope they continue.

I tried their new French dip and my son got the hook and ladder. Very good choice. The French Dip was really good and I will definitely get that again .both sandwiches were fresh and quickly made. We will return another time. Thanks for the grest service.

Very small GF bun. Little meat and nothing else. No onions, tomtato etc. Bun was dry and hard to chew. For the price we paid for the sandwich it was a major disappoitment. Will stick with Jersey Mike 's. They make a much better sandwich.

Hands down the absolute worst sandwich I've ever had in my life and the manager wouldn't even replace it. She was rude to my son too. I come here often and this was super disappointing. I work in the industry and this location is severely lacking in customer service and quality of the product. I've been to other locations and they are much better. I'll never return. Paid $30 for 2 sandwiches and they were improperly prepped, tasted like the meat was old, and the bread was soggy. I'm super disappointed.
