Services all right sub was good I just feel myself it's awful pricey I mean what happened to $5 and I understand there's seven or eight hours but $20 but they're good so family of four if you want to spend 60 70 80 dollars on Subs that's the place to go seems a bit much but it's a good sub six to one half a dozen of the other I won't be back just because of the pricing I'm retired

Called in an order 12:45. Got to store by 12:55. Went up twice. Finally after there were no more customers left to serve, the incompetent lady says what's the name, I tell her, she turns around and gives me my order which was apparently already done Says sorry.This is at 1:26. Incompetence at its best. I get home at 1:40 to see the wrong sandwich for 1 and the other is cold. This is why I don't tip to go orders. If I'd been at a sit down restaurant, i would have left. It's all good though, little kings is my favorite go to.

My first time ever going to firehouse subs and I'm very impressed with the customer service I received. They listed off some of their favorites and some modifications to make it even better. I got the brisket sandwich and found my new favorite sandwich place. Jimmy John's and subway got nothing on the taste of firehouse subs. Most definitely coming back again.
