I ordered a hook and ladder combo from
Here today via DoorDash. Whoever made my food obviously doesn’t care about their job. They slopped tons of mayo on the bread and soggy lettuce and forgot most of the other Ingredients. They also forgot my drink. This location use to be really good. The last few times have been terrible. Won’t be back.

I’m sitting in the chair by the to go pick up watching these employees just talk to each other while people wait for their food. The owner only seems to respond to fake positive reviews and refuses to acknowledge how bad the staff is here. The staff doesn’t get any f’s. There is 4 employees and somehow they make like 1 sandwich every 20-30 minutes. Does the owner not realize that these employees are costing them money!? Maybe there are so rich that they do not care i guess?? Either way it’s just a terrible location. can’t recommend.

This is the only Firehouse I prefer to visit often. Staff are always making sure you have a positive experience and are greeted upon arrival. Never disappointed with our food. They do a great job.

There are only 3 eat in customers in the store. 6:43 PM. I ordered my sandwich to go 25 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. In this time i’ve seen them put 3 orders on the doordash rack and no eat in orders handed out. the 3 dine in customers are still waiting. 3 orders i’ve watched them make in 25 minutes!! and there’s 3 people behind the counter.

1 dude behind the counter with big puffy hair and glasses and airpod in his ear looks like he couldn’t give a crap. I heard the girl behind the counter ask him “are you going to help now? we busy” and then heard him say “nope” and he proceeded to walk to the back.

then i saw 2 door dash people leave and cancel on the app because they were tired of waiting. one dude was cussing on his way out.

I went up to the counter and asked for a refund because i’ve been waiting 25 minutes and you aren’t even busy and your mostly standing around talking and the puffy hair dude told me No!!

he said “he can’t give a refund, only the GM Mike can do that, and mikes not here.”

What an absolute joke. $15 for a sandwich and this is the quality of service. absolute joke!

and not being able to give a refund is either a terrible policy or the dude was lying to me. Either way is bad.

so Instead of making a scene i waited and took my sandwich and it was somehow cold… what a freaking joke, how is it cold! I threw it away and ate at the R Taco place next door. They WERE busy but I had my Tacos in less than 10 minutes and they were hot and fresh.

i’ve worked in the service business myself for many years and I was always able to issue a refund to anybody at all jobs I had. I think this dude was just power tripping and didn’t want to give me my money back. well i will be calling corporate i guess because i want my damn money back! Liar and scum!

The past couple of times that I have gotten food from here the sandwiches were absolutely terrible nothing like the ones I get from 132nd this time I got this, I will be contacting corporate, the city and uber, this is uncalled for, and more then likely they'll blame somebody else, now that's sad.

Our sandwiches were underwhelming to say the least. We ordered 2 sandwich combos and a kids combo. The sandwiches had hardly any meat or cheese, the bread was smaller than our kids combo sandwich bread, and there were no other toppings offered. The atmosphere was special and my son got a firefighter hat. The staff member at the register was friendly. However, the food just wasn’t good and we left still feeling hungry. I don’t know if I would go back since I felt like it was a waste of money.

Just picked up my order...best sandwich ive had in a really long time! Fresh high quality ingrediants. Worth every penny! This location is also top notch. Fast, friendly and they handle your order with care. Facility is really clean. Highly recommend!

Horrible service , completely missed items, no onions. I placed an online order with two sandwiches and a soup. The sandwich just had the meats with no onions, pickles , peppers and the icing of the cake completely missed my soup. Horrible service horrible food. And when I call them they hang up the phone. Avoid like a plague
