This has continued to be a pizzeria in Oak View mall over the years, just different names. Now it's called Pizzeria El Portal. The slices are a thin crust, oven fire style cooked pizza. I'd say similar to. NY thin crust, large slices. Flavor was very good and filling, with the price being reasonable as well. I'd choose this over the other few options left at this mall for a simple lunch that'll fill you up. They also offer Stromboli's and salads in addition to their variety of pizza slices. Various bottled drinks are offered here in addition to coke products.
this place is great for mexican food and plenty of it as well! Nice and hot, not a long wait, very friendly hard working waiter and when we left there was a line out the door to come here! Yes a very popular place to eat and soooo worth the wait! Tables cleaned just as soon as someone leaves, waiters just after you are seated ---a must go to if your in nebraska city nebraska!

The staff here are amazing! We were a party of 18 (for my mom's 70th birthday) and had 10 kids ranging from 2 to 14. We were a bit of a hot mess, to be honest. And the wait staff had no trouble keeping up with us. They quickly brought out every request. I don't think they got a single order wrong. And they were totally friendly and accommodating. The most impressive thing was that we brought a cake in to surprise my mom with after dinner and they offered to keep it in their fridge until we were ready. Then, when it was requested, they brought smaller plates and spoons out with it. They were on top of everything! The food was very good to. I don't live locally, but if I did, I would dine here regularly.
