Very loud in some parts, food was mediocre, fries had no taste. I got the club sandwich and it was alright, nothing to write home about but filling.

By far the worst nachos I've ever had. Better off taking chips from the store with shredded cheese in the microwave.

Came in to grab dinner. My daughter ordered nachos. It had baked beans all over it and cheap cheese sauce. I’m pretty her the pizza was straight from a grocery store. Terrible service. Slow service. Go somewhere else.

Restaurant was an absolute joke. Next to no meat on the burgers. Next time I'll spend a lot less and get more at McDonald's. Bartender was cool though.

The hotel they are in is old and funky. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the service and food is! Fantastic meal!

I don’t like the new Cuban owner or his shows are not appropriate April 12

If I could show a picture of the food I would. Two of us ordered the BLT. Not even a half slice of tomato on the entire “sandwich”. Undercooked bacon (2 strips on each half). Half of a piece of lettuce on each side if you could even call it one half, no mayo and soggy bread. The People are nice. The service was good. The fries were soggy. Unfortunately that was the best part. Drinks seem to be in a normal price range. Nothing special. The pictures online make it look like a new, fun and clean environment. Not the case. It’s run down in person and honestly the hotel is just as sad. I would never recommend a stay here. It’s a revolving door of parties, weed smoke and sketchy people wandering the halls, elevators and parking lot. Really big disappointment. VERY NOISY.

Thursday night we stayed at the motel and decided to eat at the Firewater Grille to avoid going back out in the frigid cold caused by the Polar Vortex Drop. We were pleasantly surprised by the great food, service and atmosphere. Reddy, our waiter, was very friendly and attentive. The salad was great with a good variety of fresh greens and other veggies. The popcorn chicken was delicious with a tasty batter, fried crispy. Just right! Nice to find that the place you picked for convenience provided not only good food but outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Do not play the electronic games! Was in town for a hockey tournament and bar refused to cash out my ticket. Told me I had to go and cash out at the gaming place a few miles away which was not open till Monday. Other than that the wine was old and tasted like it had been open months ago, did not dare to try the food, and there was a shooting in the parking lot on Sunday morning after bar close. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

The food was excellent and the service by Raddy was first rate. Try the samosas, best I have had since Hong Kong. We will be back.

After a long day of driving, we checked in to the Comfort Inn in Omaha. We were happy to see that there was a restaurant, Firewater Grill right there in the lobby, so we wouldn't have to drive somewhere. Our waiter was Veddy, with who we enjoyed some nice conversation. We ordered some onion rings for an appetizer, and was served a very large order of crispy rings. My husband ordered the mushroom burger, and he asked if he could add mushrooms to it and Veddy said sure. I had the BLT, and asked that the bacon be cooked extra crispy, and while it wasn't as burnt as I would have liked it, it still was well cooked and very tasty. Both orders came with a generous serving of French fries. Veddy was very accommodating. The only thing my husband suggested was to saute the mushrooms when putting them on the burger. All in all, it was a nice quiet place to eat some delicious pub food after a very long day of traveling.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room in this restaurant to accommodate someone using a wheel chair.
