Strughling to find its niche. There are no good burgers near aksarben. This place holds the line. The indian food is good, though. The Rangpur gin doesn't disappoint. I think this place has potential, it just needs to find and conquer its niche.
We've been on the road for a cross country move and were delighted to meet Jacob and the rest of the guys over at Firewater. Even though we came in right at close the guys welcomed us in from our twelve hour drive with one of the best Swiss burgers my friend and I have had. Friendly atmosphere and a very cool bar top. Whether you're staying at the hotel or nearby come see them, you'll be glad you did.
Thursday night we stayed at the motel and decided to eat at the Firewater Grille to avoid going back out in the frigid cold caused by the Polar Vortex Drop. We were pleasantly surprised by the great food, service and atmosphere. Reddy, our waiter, was very friendly and attentive. The salad was great with a good variety of fresh greens and other veggies. The popcorn chicken was delicious with a tasty batter, fried crispy. Just right! Nice to find that the place you picked for convenience...
