Christine was my waitress today and she was exceptional! I had the Cobb salad and it hit the spot. I usually come here for breakfast but they have a solid lunch. The place was very busy and my waitress was so attentive and cheerful.

On a four day trip to Omaha, First Watch was the most accommodating of my gluten and dairy sensitivities by far. It was a relief to be able to eat breakfast confidently. The staff was friendly and anticipated needs, such as writing a note to ensure my eggs were cooked in oil. The food was fresh and tasty, with good seasoning. If you’re watching sodium, be aware that both my husband and I felt that the potatoes and eggs had plenty of salt in them, almost too much. The orange juice tasted fresh squeezed and they didn’t charge extra for gluten free toast - definitely check this place out!
