On a four day trip to Omaha, First Watch was the most accommodating of my gluten and dairy sensitivities by far. It was a relief to be able to eat breakfast confidently. The staff was friendly and anticipated needs, such as writing a note to ensure my eggs were cooked in oil. The food was fresh and tasty, with good seasoning. Our service was outstanding! Halie was on top of everything from the start. As a first timer, she helped me with the delicious menu options and her suggestions were spot on! The food was awesome and she really made an impact on our visit. Shout out to Martin and the team. We will be back and will definitely request Halie as our server. Thanks again. Christine is always so lovely and provides excellent customer service. The food here is always tasty and I’ve never been disappointed by any dish. Their seasonal menu always has bangers!
