Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

It was my first time eating here. I was delighted with my experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was delicious. I will be returning

I ordered my food online, and my experience was quite disappointing.

First, there were no napkins included with my order. I had ordered a zero sugar Pepsi, but instead, they gave me Dr Pepper. There was also no straw for my drink. The fries were cold—so cold that I swear you could barely eat them.

My double cheeseburger was really bad; I ate some of it, but my stomach started to hurt, and I felt like I wanted to throw up 🤮.

In the end, I decided to throw the rest of the food in the trash. I know that many people are struggling and looking for any food to eat, but this meal was simply not edible.

After craving the burger for weeks, I finally talked myself into going. The girl didn't even look up from her phone till I said hello. My burger was cold with unmelted cheese!!! What?!!! My curds were kind of warm. Not happy and won't be returning.

Staff was friendly and place was clean but they gave my order to a DoorDash driver, I sat for another 10 mins after that until I asked what was going on and it was at that point they’d realized what happened. I canceled my order & left.

Went through the drive through. I had a pleasant experience. Food was made the way I ordered it. Food was fresh and hot.

If you use the drive through, you will get your food a lot quicker than dine in, I watched at least 10 cars get their order while we waited. The burger was not fresh, because it sat, while we waited. We won't be coming to this location again, also The rest room smelled of sewage, and had signs of an overflow, and lacking toilet paper. Also the location has some locked doors, so we had to walk around to the other door. Didn't eat hardly any of our food, and unlike other locations, no one came by to ask how our food was. If you are really hungry, go somewhere else.

Their prices are far too high for what one gets. Otherwise, I'd have given 5 stars.

Horrible customer service…. My order was made wrong… instead of remaking it they just took off what wasn’t suppose to be on there and gave it back

The food is delicious but it takes them an hour and a 1/2 to get it to you through the drive thru.

Short hair ugly cashier wouldn't take my money because she's to lazy to get change

Great place love the staff really enjoyed my visit the cashiers were especially nice and I can’t wait to go back.

Fries were cold. Didn't even get half of the correct order. No sauce after requesting it.
