Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I’m lowkey glazing but this place was awesome, first time I’m making a review but it’s cuz our waitress nicely asked us to yesterday, I wanted to go again today w my family but it’s Christmas, food was so good I’m trying to go again. Staff was generally nice, food surprisingly didn’t take long to come out and they call your number. I just love how they had free sauces ready for you to grab with your food and man, I forgot the name but I got like 2 sandwiches with meat in them and it was so delicious, and it wasn’t expensive even though I came with my brother! Would love to go again, the food is way too good for the restaurant not to be filled with people, please go!

Team was amazing. The app logged me out and so our usually store was defaulted to this location. Though the order couldn’t be canceled, they remade my order so it could be as fresh as possible. Thanks for being awesome, 72nd and Dodge crew!

I went through the drive through at 11:20 on 11/14/2024. No napkins in the bag, no sauce or ketchup and my sandwich is completely soggy and falling apart. This place is terrible.

Went through the drive through on Sunday and after they forgot a meal we went back on Tue, and it wasn't honored because you "have to come back the day of or the next day". OK, no problem, ordered more food and the person that helped us was defiantly stressed out and came across as rude. The cheese was not melted on the chicken sandwich or hamburger and the buns were cold, making the rest of the food cold. Had to listen to the music off of a cell phone in the back kitchen blaring while trying to eat and then decided to get some custard to hopefully eat something good after a disappointing experience. After saying concrete multiple times, they still came as shakes, which we ended up throwing out as well as they had a funny taste to them. The bathrooms were disgusting as well. This location seems to need some help as I've been to others that are tons cleaner and friendlier.

I had a coupon for a free combo for veterans day and the drive thru lady said she couldn't accept it without my ID which I didn't have and it didn't say that on the coupon and she also said bullet wounds wouldn't prove I was in the military because her friends have them. Totally disrespectful and rude. Obviously I didn't need a free combo as I'm in a lexus. Never will I go to Freddy's again and I hope other veterans read this.

Well they forgot my sons whole meal and the lady rudely tells me “well you can just get a free one next time you come” well we don’t live close and now my son is without a meal :)

Was very happy with my overall experience at the Freddy’s off of dodge street. The service was amazing at giving me recommendations on different kind of ice cream mixers they have. The atmosphere is clean and the food came out quickly. 10/10 best Freddy’s in

Was going to go in to get some custard for my daughters. The store was absolutely disgusting. Floors were almost black. Booths were ripped. Bathrooms were dirty. Mind you we went in at 11am right after open. I’ve been to multiple Freddy’s and this is by far the dirtiest I’ve seen. Trashes were overflowing outside. Flag was torn to shreds- disrespectful. Barely any lids or utensils in the lobby.

Awful crew. The lady working the window is so rude and bad at her job. Messed up all our orders. Every single one of them. They were all rude and it was filthy in there. Touching ice cream with bare hands.

Well to start out with I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times, and they still got it wrong. At window they laughed and were a bit rude! No cars but us, and still waited ? I'll just go to the other Freddy's if I want good service!!!
