Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Freddy’s is my happy lunch spot, seriously, the crew here must sprinkle sunshine in the custard, because they’re ALWAYS so friendly and upbeat! Burgers? Delicious. Custard? A mood-lifting masterpiece. Service? Like a hug with fries.

Food and service was amazing. Took care of us when the online ordering was glitching.

The online order system was glitch in and preventing me from order a large number of meals for my staff at work. I called the location and placed my order. The manager there took my order and in less than 10mins had all of our food made and ready to go. She even help.me carry yhe order out to car!!! Awesome!!! Great customer service!!!

I stopped in today to grab some lunch and the young man behind the counter was very professional and cheerful! Lately the places I've gone to have had had poor attitudes towards their customers, so it was really refreshing! You could see the staff had positive attitudes & were helping eachother out. My food was hot and fresh. This is why I love this freddys location!

The food is always great but the way it was given to me and how rude the guy in the drive through was. Basically he kept making snarky comments and then right when I went to get my food he basically tossed it at me and then my food fell apart and went everywhere in the bag.

Totally messed up our order. We ordered 3 cheese burgers and got two hamburgers. Didn't notice until we got home. We still got charged for the 3 burgers according to the receipt.
The cheese less burgers were also really dry.

Food and Customer service was excellent. This is our family’s favorite Freddys! But the building felt very hot and we were sweating in the dining room.

Went through the drive thru today there wan employees smoking out back wright by the ordering menu witch came right into the car but then our whole order was wrong but the drinks we ordered two bacon combos plain and it had everything on it worst service we have ever had from this location and poor quality of food today

I had the most exceptional experience with Averion, or “Avery,” at the drive-thru window today 11/19/2024. His professionalism was beyond what you’d expect at any fast food restaurant. His exemplary behavior sets a standard that employees everywhere could follow. When I complimented him on his outstanding service, he humbly replied, “I just treat people the way I want to be treated.” This simple yet powerful gesture stood out to me in an environment where average service is often the norm. Avery is a true rockstar and represents this establishment with excellence!
