The food is great, but my only problem is that if I order online for "convenience", they tell me I cannot go through the drive thru to pick my order. This depletes the purpose of ordering online for some customers due to the lack of "convenience".

Burger Looked Like It Was Run Over By a Truck! Again!

I’m honestly baffled by my recent experience with Freddy's. I ordered a burger to-go, excited for a classic Freddy’s meal, but what I got was an absolute disaster. When I opened the packaging, it looked like the burger had been through a wrestling match and lost—badly. The bun was smashed flat, the patty was sliding out of one side, and the toppings were all over the place. It was like someone had thrown it in the bag without a second thought, and the result was a sad, unappetizing mess.

This is not the first time this has happened, or even the third. Ever since they started putting burgers in non-rigid packaging, you get what is in the picture. Freddy’s, if this is how you treat your to-go customers, you’ve lost me for good. I didn’t pay for a burger that looked like it had been run over by a truck. Do better.

I picked up food from locations from Freddy's I'm Omaha. All of them has excellent customer service very professional and friendly friendly! But recently I'm feeling prejudice on the 180 and e. Centre St from some employees which is not good for the standing and reputation of such a great business. I'm suggesting that to train the employees to treat everyone the same

It was ok, not the best custard. Pretty expensive, almost $40 for 5 people. Also they did mess up our order on 2 of the things, my sister got the dirt n worms and she didn't have any gummy worms in it, and I ordered the brownie concrete but there was no brownies just chocolate custard. I didn't like mine that much but my mom and my brother liked theirs. I prefer Culver's though

Could be my favorite fast food place since they came out with the Jalapeño Freddie’s sauce. The jalapeño steak burger is also really good too. Also really like the California, spicy chicken and the Patty melt.
