no one called out our ice cream order just set it somewhere we couldn't see. 5 people no one could of brought it. It's melted now. Probably wont ever come back.

The desserts were absolutely divine!

The food is great, but my only problem is that if I order online for "convenience", they tell me I cannot go through the drive thru to pick my order. This depletes the purpose of ordering online for some customers due to the lack of "convenience".

My mom and I got to the door and was greeted at the door with a very welcome smile and attitude. He was great and his name is Zohm’ta . Go see him, he absolutely is great and the food was quick and hot. Thanks Zohm’ta for making our experience at Freddie’s enjoyable. We will be back.

Burger Looked Like It Was Run Over By a Truck! Again!

I’m honestly baffled by my recent experience with Freddy's. I ordered a burger to-go, excited for a classic Freddy’s meal, but what I got was an absolute disaster. When I opened the packaging, it looked like the burger had been through a wrestling match and lost—badly. The bun was smashed flat, the patty was sliding out of one side, and the toppings were all over the place. It was like someone had thrown it in the bag without a second thought, and the result was a sad, unappetizing mess.

This is not the first time this has happened, or even the third. Ever since they started putting burgers in non-rigid packaging, you get what is in the picture. Freddy’s, if this is how you treat your to-go customers, you’ve lost me for good. I didn’t pay for a burger that looked like it had been run over by a truck. Do better.
