I ate here 2 nights in a row. Last night I thought it was a fluke because the food has always been good before, but my onion rings were less than half full and my patty melt didn't have toasted bread. Got a different burger tonight and the burgers were good but the fries were also less than half full...like 1/3 full. And there were just 5 small onion rings in the bag. I have never had this happen before at this Freddy's but it seems like something has changed here recently with the quality.

The other day I went into Freddy's for the first time, and I was a little nervous to say the least. But a sweet girl named Emma talked to me and really made the experience a special time. I will always come back for the Freddy's family experience Miss. Emma gave me. You've earned yourself a lifelong customer!

Had the crummiest experience and will not be back to this Freddy's. Pulled in behind a van that ordered 70$ worth of food. Asked employee if pulling around and ordering inside would be quicker she said go ahead. I ordered inside and waited 10 min for them to realize they forgot to make my order.. then I asked to get a refund before they remade my order so I could leave the girl refunding acted like she didn't know why I said I will not be coming back to this Freddy's. Poor service and poor management didn't try to make anything right refunded me and I went on my way. Super disappointing.
I like Freddy’s but was disappointed in the staff at this location. I went to the counter to place my order but there wasn’t anybody there. They apparently were all busy with drive thru orders. They saw me standing at the counter but never once acknowledged me. I waited for just over 10 minutes before finally giving up. I understand being busy but would expect the courtesy to at least address me.

Stopped in for a burger and shake after a long day. The employees were very helpful as my first time there and the service was great. I had the jalapeno burger which had some heat but didn't burn my mouth. Also skinny fries and a half and half shake. The food was

The General
Just got in to Omaha again to visit family and thought I would try Freddy's 2/2/23. The dining area was very clean and I was greeted at the counter promptly by a young staffer. I ordered a Double Patty Steakburger and this is the thinest burger Ive ever had. The two patties together were at best the same thickness as the slice of onion or tomato. Is this standard or is it because of inflation? I don't know as I'm comparing it to my go to Whataburger as I'm not near a Freddy's back home. It was good and the Bun was fresh, just costly for what you get.

Freddy's changed the kids fries size, now it's not enough my kid who's under 5 years. (let alone older kids) I contacted them to ask about this, I was told I should just upgrade to the single burger combo. Over $10 for a Freddy's "kids meal" doesn't really sit well with me. I can get a much better quality burger for the same or even less money. To add insult to injury, the last two times I went to Freddy's (not our decision) they forgot at least one kids fry, and screwed up the custard order.
