Place was listed as permanently closed as of September 5, 2021 when my family tried to stop by. Took my wife here for a first date 20 years ago so this place will always be a fond memory now. Thanks for all the good food and good times. Really sad to see how some people have said it has declined over the months since I last visited.

Got there around 11:30am for lunch with two friends. Ordering our food was slow, had to repeat things multiple times, cashier was impossible to hear. Ordered burgers medium, received them well done instead. Toppings bar is no more for COVID reasons which is understandable, but they don't put what you want on burger on the ticket (which led to problems).Didn't give us our cups, had to ask for them from another employee.One of our friends has allergies to onions and they asked for no onions on their burger. Because they don't put what toppings you want on the ticket, their burger arrived with onions. Sent it back when it was brought to table, and it came back with onions on it still.Took it up to counter to get it fixed and the employee at the grill started to argue that it wasn't on the ticket as an allergy.It doesn't matter if it is an allergy or preference, it was ordered with no onions, you don't get to override that because you feel like it.And if it wasn't on there that's a front of house issue that needs to be corrected, not argue about remaking a burger order that was wrong.Hadn't gone to Fuddruckers in a couple years, and probably won't be going back again.

NOT OPEN???Very annoyed rode the bus to go here it says it's open till 9:30 got off the bus and went to the door to see a sign that says this location is permanently closed!!!???

Let me say this,1. I'm a meat eater.2. I'm 60 yrs old.3. I'm impatient and don't like to wait.But BABY let me tell you that the wait was MORE than worth it!! It was and still is the BEST burger that I've EVER eaten!!! And that strawberry milkshake CAN NOT BE TOUCHED!! 5 Stars hands down!!

I've come here to eat a few times but not a lot because it's a little over an hour drive from where I live. That being said, I enjoy the food so it keeps me coming. The night of my senior prom I decided to bring my friends here for a nice dinner. When we walked in, instead of being greeted, the lady at the counter said "you do realize we close in 30 minutes right?" with a very unnecessary and snotty attitude. I told her that I knew when they closed and she responded with "good so you'll be taking your orders To go?" of course, I said no because I did not just drive an hour just to get food to go, and there was literally only four of us. After ordering, we sat down and waited for our food and the same lady then decided to start cleaning, but she did it so close to us that it just seemed like she was doing it out of spite. She was not very kind at all, and lacked any customer service quality. It's sad because we were just trying to enjoy our night and she was trying to ruin it all because we came in apparently too close to close? If that was a problem then they should just close earlier and not treat paying customers like they're in the wrong. I get better customer service from runza than I do here. disappointing...

This was our first time visiting Fuddruckers. I love that a milkshake is a choice with the combos, made the kids happy. Friendly staff, great food and the price was affordable.

Food cold… place was very messy, had to clean our own tables, condiments were empty. Very slow service.. we were their during dinner time there were three people working. I will never come to this location again. The owner should be working rush hours it they don’t have the staff and not slow his business to look and be ran like it was. The three staff members need a raise

Dirty restaurant, employees disappeared, customers stood waiting to order and cashier no where to be found so they left. Food definitely has gone down hill!!! Will not be back unfortunately, used to be one of our favorites.

I’m a fan of the fuddruckers chain and was excited to see one in Omaha! Although quickly realized why this location wasn’t very busy. They are not the same as the brand name I know and love, with some differences VERY obvious like the onion rings that they serve are 100% NOT fuddruckers onion rings. The food was still tasty and the service was fine, but this franchise location doesn’t live up to the brand standard of other locations I’ve been to.
Always great food! A little bit of a wait to get our order because we went there during a busy time of day. (Early evening) I love Fuddrucker's!

We tried to dine in but the whole entire restaurant was absolutely filthy! Ended up getting food to go! All teenagers working, even the cook. No adult supervision at all. Food tasted good but not for the price we paid. We used to frequent the restaurant a lot but I do not think we will ever be back.

3 of the 5 meal were wrong or missing toppings. Gift card would not work and ordering took forever. Lobby was not clean. Tables dirty around us through our meal. Burger were not that good. And do not get me started on the bathrooms. THIS PLACE MAY HAVE BEEN GOOD A LONGTIME AGO BUT NOT NOW. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
