Fuzzy's Taco Shop

Our first time trying this place and we got our order to go yesterday for dinner. There were no parking spots anywhere around there so we parked at the movie theater and walked, it wasn't too far from there. We ordered the taco family meal that feeds 4-6 people and for desert we got sopapilla bites. The staff was friendly and it didn't take too long to get our food. We were given a buzzer to let us know when our food was ready, it buzzed so we went to the window at the kitchen and asked if that was where we pick it up. Keep in mind this is our first time here and not sure how this place works. We were pointed in the right direction to the window. There was one bag up there ready and while asking if that was everything he put one more bag up. So we got our two bags and went home. But when we got home and took everything out of the two bags, there was absolutely no meat for the tacos. There should have been 10oz of shredded chicken and 10oz of beef. No one could eat since the main part of the dinner was missing. So I called the store and spoke with a gentleman who offered to meet me somewhere with the meat so I didn't have to drive all the way back to the store to get it. That was VERY nice of him! The food was good, it was just a bad first time experience. Had that not of happened, I would have given 5 stars.

My grand kids always get to pick where we go for birthday dinners! Kinley picked Fuzzys Taco her favorite place! There were 7 of us total , the staff was so friendly & patient with a few of us that hadn’t been there before. I thought he had made a mistake when I was given the total….I couldn’t believe how reasonable it was. Food was amazing & huge portions! If you haven’t been there give them a try! We will definitely be back!

I can only speak for the ground beef because I only got the ground beef taco. But it was incredibly bland and soggy once it arrived home as I took it to go. I would not return as the food wasn’t that great, but I am only leaving a review because the customer service was ridiculous!!! The older lady working at the cash register complained the entire time that she was short staffed and was doing everything all by herself. She even told me she wanted to lock the door to keep customers from coming in. I would never let that employee work for me. She was uninviting, she didn’t look happy, and she actually voiced to the customers continuously how overwhelmed she was. She was incredibly rude to the guy ordering in front of me. If she had talked to me the way she was speaking to him I would have walked out. This was at the Village pointe location in Omaha Nebraska. It was an older lady with long blonde hair and glasses. She needs to be terminated before she destroys your business.

We placed a large order for burritos to be delivered at 9am. They made the accommodations for the cook to come in early on a Saturday and have them all delivered to our place of work by 9am. We were all very impressed with the size of the burritos (Bacon, Chorizo, Shrimp) and how tasty they were! They also threw in a whole bottle of hot sauce! 10/10 would recommend!

I understand some of their other locations are amazing, but unfortunately we didn't have a great experience. The poor lady taking orders seemed completely flustered, our order was all wrong, most of the food was cold, and some of the flavor was yummy, but some was just not there. I don't see us going back.

Being from Colorado fuzzys has always been a weekend go to favorite but this one is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to, the food is bland, cold, & extremely overpriced because of that. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open considering they’ve seemed to be extremely short staffed every time I’ve gone in. Just save your money & go to the chipotle that just opened in Elkorn if you want something like this.

If I could give no stars I would. The rice was like mushade in dishwater. I thought I was getting crispy flour tortillas. I didn't. Hot sauce did not match tacos, rice or beans. Very acidic. Refried beans bland. Overall a very bad experience and meal. I expected more for eatery in upscale Village Point shopping area.

The dark-haired female bartender was great! She was on top of things & knew when we were getting low on drinks ( sitting at the bar) and was always there to see if we were ready…great server/bartender

Totally unprofessional from the house staff from The Young and immature to the old and bitter not a very welcoming experience. Food was average to Taco Bell so definitely overpriced. Atmosphere pretty blah

The food was good particularly compared to other Fuzzy's locations. The kids quesadilla was a good quality quesadilla whereas other places consider it to be an after thought. The order did take longer than expected - about 25 minutes for a two person order during what appeared to be an of time.

Decided to drive from Lincoln to omaha on Saturday night to find out they were closed. Website says open very disappointing

I love the Chips and queso. The chips are perfectly crisp. I also had loaded nachos and my kids had taco kids meals and we loved everything. Food was ready quickly.

I love the original Fuzzy in Texas, this spot is a disgrace, rice was not cooked, forgot the side items and food overpriced for the actual taste. I've given this place several chances because we love Fuzzy's. I'll stick to eating in OK or TX locations when I visit.

So this is the 2nd time I have been to fuzzy taco I wasn't impressed the first time. My girlfriend has never had it and wanted to go. First off they over charged us and got the order wrong it took like 15 minutes to mix our drinks. The food was mediocre at best. On the bright side the service was fantastic! they refunded the over charge and they were extremely friendly and the food was prepared quickly. If the food were better I definitely would come back...

Probably the best Fuzzy's I've been to so far in the US. Super friendly front counter service, food was ready and hot before I even sat down. Love us ❤ some Fuzzy's!
