Amazing rooms. I loved it! Great pool hour times, and overall very nice hotel. Cute flooring. They even got computers that you can go on.

Works in a pinch. Convienient. A few interesting menu options, but not much for comfort food or smaller appetites. Decent tap options. Higher price than I cared for, but expecting a hotel.

Once arrival at the hotel the staff greeted you with a smile and openly welcome to the hotel. The service was not a long wait, everything was explain to as where things were and if we needed help or assistant with anything feel free to ask. I would recommended this hotel to everyone who's visiting Neberska.

We stayed here for the college World Series and I was very pleased with our stay. It was walking distance from the field and has a starbucks and restaurants/bars in walking distance as well. The rooms were clean and just as pictured. If you're a light sleeper stay on top floors, we stayed on the second floor and could hear loud cars/sirens all night. If we ever come back to Omaha I would stay here again.

Excellent stay at a quality hotel. Not the best beds but the location is great being in the middle of downtown. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby breakfast was good (but not cheap). Will stay here again.

Good location. Friendly staff. Close parking. Clean rooms. Pool was super busy and you could hear street noise in the evening because people think they need to rev their engines downtown. Hotel felt safe and near downtown...everything is within walking distance.

The location in proximity to the CHI Health Convention Center was great! Attractions, restaurants, bars were all within walking distance. Covered parking garage was $19.00 per night and you had to use your room key card to scan to exit/open the gate guard. The laundry facility is coin or app user friendly. The bed was nice and firm. As with COVID, housekeeping was on certain days that the guest can update as needed. A lovely hotel with friendly staff.

I was on a solo trip to Omaha in April 2023 and had booked a room at this Hilton Garden Inn (for three nights) because I love Hilton properties, I'm a Hilton Honors members, and because I wanted to stay in downtown Omaha. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here! I arrived at around 5 p.m. on a Thursday. My check-in experience went quickly and smoothly. My room (#812) was clean and comfortable... no concerns there. Plus, parking at the garage right next door (attached) to the hotel was very convenient. I think I paid around $19 per night to park, but I didn't think that was a huge deal. I just enjoyed the location of the hotel very much! Overall, I'd say that the customer service at the hotel was quite good. There was just one hiccup with that. I had asked for housekeeping service for each of my stayover days but didn't realize I needed to specify the "full" service (with the bed being made) for the first of my two stayover days. Housekeeping took care of the towels and other basics but didn't make the bed... perhaps because I didn't specify that. I did specify it, though, for my second stayover day and it was taken care of! On Friday morning, I ate breakfast at the hotel and applied my $10 Hilton Honors food-and-beverage discount toward that. It was pretty good! I also loved the fact that I got to enjoy a few drinks at the bar on my first and third nights of my stay. I enjoyed my conversation with the young man who was bartending those nights. The only things I didn't like about the hotel were 1) the fact that the indoor pool doesn't have a hot tub, and 2) the fact that there's no business center computer for guests to use. I know that a lot of hotels (including Hilton properties) are starting to do away with those amenities, but it's still a bit disappointing. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would have no qualms about staying there again in the future!

Stayed in this hotel for two nights while attending an event in Omaha. The location is very good you’re within walking distance of the CHI Center and old town Omaha. There is a steakhouse in the hotel and a fantastic restaurant across the street. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is so cheerful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Writing this review as I lay awake in bed all night due to dogs barking for hours in a room near mine. I called the front desk and let them know and they said they were working on it. Literally will not be getting one wink of sleep. There is absolutely no way they should be charging the price they do if this is how the service is.

Room was clean, staff at desk was welcoming, location to downtown is great, breakfast was made perfectly and very quickly, very comfortably lobby and lounge. Have stayed here many times and will again.

Two weeks in a row, staying for 5 nights as a diamond member. Both weeks asked for an upgrade even was willing to pay for it through the app. Neither week didn’t get to pick my room was assigned it when I mobile checked in. Two weeks in a row have a room with a nasty bath tub that is undersized.

Decent place to be, we were mischarged, then corrected then mischarged again, for one thing. The hotel seems a bit run down and dated, with style of bathrooms, doors, furniture, worn carpets, food areas mostly closed off, funky parking arrangement with a bank. Elevators worked well. Our room was 194.00 per night, and I thought that was a bit much even with honors program, and senior discounts.
