Drivers have attempted to run us off of our small rural road multiple times since the new building was built by where I live. They have run themselves off the road, other people, ran into trains, blocked the road entirely, cut off drivers forcing them to go into the ditch (no, not just me.. I’ve seen this happen several times) and cause several other significant problems. They do not care about families or children as long as they get to where they need to go when they want to be there. It’s not a matter of if something bad is going to happen to someone because of their drivers - it’s when.
Love you guys
Generally a good history of business with this office. The front desk men have been very personable and helpful.
Secretly closing our location anyday now. Still taking grain but the office there has been instructed to "Not tell farmers of the closure"

Great service with awesome employees
It is a very dangerous place to work. Sean Mccomas the superintendent at Paxton Ne location had me in a skid Loader with no Air conditioner inside a metal flat storage building for 6 hrs no break and it was 104 outside temp estimate 115-120 inside building. It had been over 100 degrees for 3 days straight when this happened. Then had corn backed up in tunnels 3ft deep covering motor and burned up belts when smoke was rolling out of building yelled at me for saying across radio there was a fire because he can’t loose his job so we weren’t allowed to call fire department. When I called to make people aware nothing happened they all cover for each other and risk employees lives as long as he still has a job.
Great employees and a good group of truck drivers to work with.
Kalama Export owned by Gavilon is a dangerous company. The boss here doesn't care about his employees. You just may literally lose your life if you work here. Stay away!
terribly unorganized. employment practices are out dated to say the least. do not value their employes. low wages. promisses not kept. avoid at all cost.
