The BEST cupcakes I've had in my 43 years of life!

Got half a dozen gourmet cupcakes. They were so good! It was tough deciding which ones but didn't make a wrong choice because all were super delicious!

I ordered 48 mini cupcakes for my sister's birthday, as I love out of state, and had them delivered to her office. She and the whole office LOVED them and they were SO YUMMY LOOKING! A shout-out to the DoorDash Delivery driver, Eric. Thanks for getting them there in delicious condition!

My husband, son and I came in for the very first time to check out the goodies before we went for dinner at Kobe’s. We let the young lady know that it was our first time in and we were just checking everything out and that we would be returning after dinner. She was very nice. Not so much when we returned. The four cupcakes we purchased were not too good. Three out of the four cupcakes were hard as if they had been sitting there since yesterday. We will not be back.

Came here last night to get cupcakes with my family. My daughter was super excited to look at all the flavors. As she was choosing which one she wanted the staff member asked her to get her hands off the glass. I got pretty upset as this is a subconscious thing kids do when choosing something like cupcakes or ice cream in a glass case and I told her to get real and go grab herself some windex as that is probably one of her closing duties anyways. If the owners didn't want CHILDREN to touch the glass I'm sure they would have a sign out, but then again some children can't even read. GET REAL!! This young generation of workers are horrible and lazy!

My daughter had a baby shower on March 10th . when picking up the two tier cake i ordered it was found to have the wrong color of flowers even though the order form had the color i did not want written large . the two employees who were there promptly corrected it. The cake and the sheet of chocolate brownies i ordered , were a huge hit with many people asking where they came from . thank you for making my daughter special day even more special . michelle r russell

Myself and my mom have always loved Gigis cupcakes! With myself living an hour away from Omaha, and my mom living two hours away from Omaha we don’t get Gigi’s often! Every time in the past employee’s were very sweet and you were never rushed. Today didn’t feel that way. The one and only lady there was so rude. Again it’s never been like this before so we were caught off guard. While looking at all the flavors, she seemed annoyed that maybe we were taking too long? I do want to add that there was no other customers there the entire time we were there. So why she was in such a hurry… idk. After selecting which flavor cupcakes we wanted she was upset that we wanted the cupcakes in separate boxes, because we were going to two different households. Then at checkout.. she was annoyed we wanted to pay separately. This experience at Gigi’s was by far the worst… I really hope next time isn’t like this.

We ordered their GF chocolate, vanilla and strawberry cupcakes. They are The Best we have tried so far! So happy we found them!

Gigi’s saved the day when I was too late to order a cake for my daughters birthday from my normal bakery. Gigi’s not only saved the day but made her a beautiful and tasty cake! Thanks again!

Just seriously the best. Great for GF options, amazing customer service, and seriously the cupcakes are beyond delicious!!! SOOOOO GOOD!
