Giving you 5 stars! But why charge all of us at the table yesterday a 3% charge for credit card usage when we all paid cash? Seems wrong!

Popped into the new Millard location and was not impressed. First off, the rolling chairs 😬 ordered a starter and our meals. Appetizer and 2/3 meals arrived at the same time. I had ordered a salad wrap and the server said it would be out in just a moment as the kitchen had to remake it? Several minutes later, he came back over to check on us. I asked if it wasn’t ready, to just go ahead and cancel the order as the rest of our family had already finished their meals and we were ready to go. He said he would go push the kitchen to have it right up. Another 10 minutes later, he walked over with it so I had requested a box so we could leave. He then brought the check and said “don’t tell my boss but I gave you 10% off” while I appreciate the gesture, I would have just preferred to have cancelled the order when I was already 20 minutes deep waiting on a salad wrap in tortilla. Outside of that, fries were good. Sad they changed their waffle fry nachos though. They used to be so crispy with fresh pico and shredded cheese. This time they were some fries with cheese microwaved on top. Overall, don’t waste your money. Plenty of other bars in the area with better service and higher quality of tasting food

This is a huge bar/restaurant. The atmosphere was good. The waitress did her job but seemed unhappy to be there. There were quite a few mistakes at our parties food. The tacos I ordered were just below being warm. This place is ok but I probably won't go back based on my past experience.

The cheese balls were good! Cheeseburger was terrible and fries were not done and my daughter's boneless wings were like rubber! Server never even asked if everything was ok!! Would not recommend to anyone and will not be back!! Gretna location!!

We showed up later in the evening when things were perhaps winding down and it would have been easy for the wait staff to write us off as a nuisance will doing their closing routine for the evening. Instead, we were shown some amazing hospitality from Paul, our bar tender who made our visit very relaxed and fun.The lounge is truly that. After sitting in a half broken mini chair at the comedy club all night it was nice to breathe easy in one of the plush stools at the bar and enjoy an amazing "old fashioned" that was made to perfection. Ending our night here was great decision and even though I don't live in Omaha, I would definitely go back. Many times your staff can either make or break your venue, and on this night, the bar tender Paul did an amazing job at representing his employer/business as well as making us feel welcome.
