The food here is very straightforward park food. Everything looked clean and kept up with. The seating is amazing. There’s plenty for everyone.

They have a system where you order at a kiosk then wait for a text message to pick up your food at a separate counter. It’s terrible. It takes forever. Apparently you can also order at the counter? Everyone is just standing around with no idea what’s going on. Omaha Zoo: just hire more employees who take an order in person and hand you your food. Everything else about the zoo is amazing. Why is this system so awful??
