That location has gone downhill alot but the food was still good lol. Soda fountain was down so there was no ice or soda which prompted us to take our large pizza , cheesy bread and dessert pizza home all while riding a motorcycle. Quite the hassle
The pizza was decent today. It's been better in the past, but overall, ok! Had to have my original remade due to it just being thrown in the box,plus it didn't have extra beef,but the gentleman was very polite & accommodating.

I ordered online. My location was used. I verified the address before placing my order. After an hour and a half waiting for my order, you lie to say the address was wrong. Just tell me that you're busy or something. Don't lie about it.

I placed a order for a large hamburger pizza and was told 15-20 minutes which is fine I go back in 18 minutes later and the girl was like we had a issue and your pizza just got put in. She said it will be another 15-20 minutes and they are not busy. Waiting 40 minutes to pick up a pizza is unacceptable when it's slow on a Sunday night. Was not offered anything as compensation or even an apology. Never had a issue here before but definitely won't come at night anymore if I even come to this one again.

I didn’t realize that I accidentally put the wrong address online while ordering online. Whoever answered when I called to complain was professional and offered to refund my order and resend it- it was only when the second attempt didn’t arrive when I realized the error was on me. The same person ordered the second time I called and still was kind after realizing my mistake and helped me get ahold of the driver. Pizza was cold but that was on me. Great service and food always great!

Came the day the storm hit and they were one of the only places open with power. Expected a long wait as everyone was ordering however they got the order out as quickly as they could given the circumstances. The staff were all still very friendly. Only thing wrong was pizza barely had any sauce on it but I get it as people were ordering up to 10 larges at a time.
