Ordered a pepperoni pizza with a combination. The pepperoni had no pepperoni. The combination was the worst tasting Godfathers pizza I have ever had. The restaurant was dirty and smelled. That will be the last time we will order from there.

OMG...the rest room of this restaurant is ridiculous with sewer back up of water and grease coming out the floor when the toilet is flushed that is also backed up. How and why does the bathroom look and smells so bad? Then they have the nerves to have a pin code for customers only to go into the bathrooms to experience that type of shock. Then when you exit there's a salad bar outside the doors with open salad items. Yuck! The female at the cash register knew that the restrooms where bad too by the way she was looking at me.

I was not treated fairly at this location they broke the law by not allowing my service dog in with me I have a disability and the store manager was very rude to me when I tried to educate the him but he was all high and mighty managing a godfathers pizza I will be returning with all 3 of my service dogs to try and educate the manager again

I Just Went There My Guy Friend and Myself,It Was A Horrible Time ,We got there in a good mood and the girl wasn't nice didn't smile ,The food was great but we didn't know it was All you can eat for #1 person only didn't know that she didn't tell us that part, So another girl came to our table as we are eating and said we had to pay another $15.00 So we were disgusted mad embarrassed like being picked on and when I went up to make it right She said we weren't allowed to take the remaining food on the table with us ,So I said fine I'll pay the other $15.00 and then she said I didn't have to then she said your leaving I said well you guys are being mean to us ,We Were honest customers to come have a good lunch there is plenty of places to go and we choose you ,I worked in Customer Service at Godfathers on North 30th back in the year 2000 I was always nice to people and Baker's across the street as a Carry Out and My Mom Worked for Baker's in Customer Service for 10years ,And So I know Customer Service and That place Failed today for sure. The Food was great but the Customer Service was horrible period.
I was there to pick up a delivery for Door Dash. After going to the counter and giving the name, it took 13 minutes before the girl told me that my order was accidentally handed out, but they were making a new one to replace it. If it was already picked up, why would they make another one? I think they forgot about it and was trying to give an excuse to cover their mistake. They gave me a free pop to give to the customer for inconvenience, but my lost time wasn't compensated. Very unprofessional.

Not ordering from this location again. I placed my order at 4 and haven’t gotten it till this day. I called the store the lady on the phone said my order has been picked up and I waited for another hour, at this point it is 7pm. I called back again and told her that I wanted a refund because I’ve waited for 3 1/2 hours now and she was kind of being rude about it and hung up on me.

I ordered delivery not knowing this was available even though it is on the website... They saw my delivery order yet let it sit in store for two hours no one called no nothing I had to call checking for my 50 plus dollar order just to be told they would send it out via door dash two hours later I get cold food.... Never again

The buffalo wings were SPECTACULAR! The wait was long but in the end it was worth it! (Didn't really care for the pizza... It was for my husband...I just wanted the wings)
