The driver was late and bring all the pizza to us. He should wait till we check the pizza. All the pizza was smash half, I was so embarrassing because serve to 50 customers and they said ohhhh they’re smashed. Cost us 256 dollars. I blamed to the driver. They said they refund all back to us but the credit card statement they didn’t .. they’re not being honest with me and other lady too. I have to stretched it and poor slice too. Have to use our own pizza slice it. Pretty sad and embarrassing.. it’s happen on March 21st

I ordered from Godfather's an hour before the delivery time, but I never heard back. When I called to inquire about my order, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and I had to ask for her to check on my order all she said was I don’t know, we are working on a large order right now. Then she preceded to tell me it would be another hour and a half. It was disappointing to experience such poor customer service. I hope they can improve their communication and customer interaction in the future.

I apologize to the person who delivered the pizza order to me. I didn't get the salad I ordered. I told him I wanted to make a call because I didn't get my full order. I didn't realize he was a driver for door dash and not Godfathers. He left before I could give him his tip. I'm sorry.Pizza was very dry and such a disappointment. Breadsticks were in the oven which made them too dark so they were dry too. I was hoping for something good. NOT!Question? Why am I charged a delivery charge when Godfathers is not the deliverer?

The food is really good…In my experience, the service here is not good. I have ordered here twice. The first time the clerk at the front counter ignored me and other customers for several minutes while we were standing directly in front of the register ready to order. She was on her phone and walked back and forth from the front to the back without doing anything. The second time, I was very rudely spoken to after asking a question about the menu.Like I said, the food tastes great but the process of getting it is awful.

I love godfathers. But lately the quality has not been up to standard. I’m my last three visits when I order the streusel dessert pizza , it’s either has none of the crumble topping, or there’s not topping and it’s burned as well. Today the pizza was under cooked, and there was a hair in it. So just a little more attention and thoroughness. No skimping on the toppings babes.
Where is everyone?? I called and placed my order, arrived 30 min later to find literally no one there. After waiting 15 min standing waiting a guy came from back with a gal. Um ok, that’s weird! Anyone could have robbed them and no one would know. Then I payed for my order $75 and I asked for plates and spices to come with my order when I called so I reminded him once again. He left to the back. I waited 6 more min then finally decided to leave. Screw this place. They’ve just lost my future business because Luis any recommendations for good pizza joints in aksarben. Btw the gal in the back was there just watching me through the window glass in the back when the guy went to get the apices. Just a very weird experience
I can totally see this place shutting down in a couple of years or so because of how unprofessional the staff is. Hmm I’d really love to see a bath and body works in aksarben. Just a idea to replace this failed attempted pizza business.

I will remove this review when the GM, Kelly contacts me and refunds the $130 I was overcharged on an online order on September 9th, as Godfathers is one of my favorites places. I've been trying to contact her for weeks but i was told she's been on vacation and had 2 different manager unsuccessfully attempt to remove this charge and she has not returned my calls. As easy as it is to place an online order, you would think reversing the process would not be this difficult or that a manager would be so evasive.

Always love going to a Godfathers when I am in town. My first job was making pizzas at Godfathers many moons ago and sooo glad they are still around. They closed all of them in Kansas City where I live now. First bite just takes me back 45 years. ?
