A couple of weeks I ordered pizza, got home and they messed up the order pretty bad. I called them and they said they would give me a credit. Fast forward to today, I show up to order some pizza and they say they no nothing about a credit. So much for people giving their word. I really don't know if I will go back to this location anymore or any location again. It is a shame. Been going to Godfathers since the mid eighties.

They charge twice as much, promisea normal time for pickup (20min) then let you know when you get there that it’s gonna be at least another half of an hour.

Really good pizza. We arrived before the rush. It took a bit for the pizza but all in all a great experience. Clean store and friendly employees. Will visit again.

Automatic ordering service is terrible. A dozen people were waiting in the lobby for food and 3 orders came out in over 30 minutes. Staff was completely indifferent about what was going on. Cooking staff was visible and obviously not trying to work quickly at all. No apologies for what was going on, staff was rude and acted like all customers were an inconvenience to them.

I got a cheeseburger pizza and an original pizza aka cheese pizza.

If you want to talk to a human ask for the manager and AI will get you in touch with a real human.

I placed an order for delivery 3/6 5pm. 6:30pm still no pizza. Called a few times explained what the situation was- I just wanted to know the status. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold. Then I got a voicemail to leave a message. I called back and the employee told me I couldn’t talk to the manager and when I did get the order I could bring it to the restaurant and they would refund my money. He hung back up on me 3 times. The pizza was delivered at 7pm. I asked for a refund because I paid with my hard earned money like all of you. I can afford to order out but splurged for myself one night. The employee showed no respect and talked over me the entire time not listening to a word I was saying. Late late delivery, cold food, and to top it off with complete disrespect for another human being-never order from this location. I never will again.

Ive ordered from this store now 3-4 times because its closest to my house, (Im a nurse & single mother) and eachtime the customer service gets worse and worse, and each and every time ive ordered its been incomplete or incorrect. I called to explain this issue to the manager, who refused to help service me or even listen to my complaints because she said I ordered through DoorDash, so it "wasnt her issue to resolve". However , I was willing to pay the difference for my items to make my children happy after a long work week. BUT, due to the lack of customer service through the dasher & then the attitude and lack of appropriate customer service from the 108th and maple location female daytime manager I had decided to let her know I would be contacting corporate. The manager became very clearly agitated, we let them fix their mistake since it was godfathers employee who messed up originally not ringing in a $28 dollar pizza, NOT doordash's mistake, but godfathers employee. My son went into the store to retrieve the pizza and the manager came forward as hostile towards him as well, assuming she was expecting me, who had orginally called. Anyways, We ordered the remainder of our order from a different godfathers location and explained our situation to which they comped our whole order and accomodated us better than we originally asked or ever could have imagined. Genuine compassion or even being friendly could have avoided so much stress. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION. God fathers is an amazing company, it is the management at this specific location that caused issues.
