I don’t know when godfathers switched over to utilizing DoorDash to deliver their pizzas, but the delivery I had this past week, the man placed my pizzas vertically into a bag and when he pulled them out, my pizzas had slid to one side and was a mess. Please educate your third party services of how to deliver pizzas. It’s clearly not common sense. I will no longer pretip services because of situations like this.

This restaurant has gone downhill. Ordered online for pickup. Got there 10mins early and Pizza was already ready. When I was handed the box it was cold and the bottom was dripping water! Noooo. They grudgingly remade it but then I had to wait even longer. And then I need to leave a tip???!! Not to mention a medium pizza was 26$$!!! Never again.

Attempted to eat here at 6:00 on Tuesday and was told their dining room was closed, tried to ask questions and the gal working disappeared behind the counter.

What we expect from these guys. Great pizza when you just need that flavor no one has. Mexican pizza has always been my favorite but i enjoy all the others that are available.

Pretty upset. They close at 9pm and I’ve been calling since 8:40. Yeah I get it, it’s close to close but I show up with 8 minutes to spare and everything is turned off. I couldn’t place an order. When I let him know I had been calling for 30 minutes he said “hmm” and I said did you guys close early or something? And he just kept saying “hmm”. No answers to my questions. Really sad about it honestly. Had been thinking about the bacon cheeseburger pizza all day. Papa John’s has to win again I guess. :/ look, I’m not and y’all close early. I get it. I worked at Dominis for 3-4 years as my first job and we always did this.

Ordered from this store and after an hour called to find out where it was. It was delivered, laying outside on the ground and no one rang my bell. Will never order from Godfathers again. I spent over 50 dollars and my pizza was cold and when I called they didn’t seem concerned about it at
