I decided on bread sticks and a few sides instead he claimed they can't deliver when they close In less than an hour asked for Manager Info he laughed and hung up phone clearly he is incompetent 20yr customer will never be back try pizza pie guys great service and great food

This location is a little hole in the wall gem... You don't have to mess with the dining room or people in the dining room or waiting to be seated. It is pick up or delivery. Did not even know they existed and so glad my friend pointed this location out!

Took them over 2 hours to get me two large pizzas. Called 5 times after waiting 10 past delivery that was schedule hour after my order, and hung up on 2 times. 3rd time said 10 minutes and it would be there. 15 minutes after that called back and hung up again and then district manager answered. Said will get it cooked and out. Waited another 20 minutes and still did not come. Called and they had it to me 5 min later. The worst service ever. Will never order from them again. Terrible service. Would give zero stars if I could.

Was unable to place the order online because the website said the location was closed, I called the number to see if this was the case, and someone picked up saying "thank you for calling Godfather's Pizza". Before I could place an order they hung up. If this location doesn't want my business they won't have it.

Initially ordered delivery when website showed 25-30 minute delivery time. Once order submitted delivery jumped up to 1 hour & 45 minutes. After numerous calls, we were able to change it to a pickup order. Went inside and got my order. Got home and the order was wrong. Made a phone call and spoke to an employee. Explained what happened and he stated the missing item would be delivered in 30 minutes. We called at 8:30pm. It's now 10:05pm and STILL no delivery. Made numerous attempts from 9:30 to 10:00pm to reach store prior to closing with no success. Not the way to conduct business!! Our order was 3 items and they still couldn't get it right.

Pizza was so good! A little pricey...but worth it for an excellent pizza!
We ordered out pizza for delivery and was given an automatic 1 hour wait time which was not a problem. However, an hour and a half goes by without any delivery. I call and am immediately put on hold without any personal interaction. I am on hold for ten minutes, so I hang up. Had other friends call with the same result. We had to go to the store around 2 hours after we ordered as pizza still hadn't been delivered with no communication as to where it was. We asked where the pizza was and the person behind the desk pretty much said he had no idea and was not very willing to help us figure it out. The manager, who was very nice, then stepped up and called the driver who seemed to have no clue where he was delivering pizzas. Luckily, the manager was very apologetic and made us a new pizza in ten minutes plus he added a cookie for free. Their delivery feature just isn't organized and it seems that nobody who works there actually keeps track of the orders or where they're going. In the end, I would suggest to not get delivery and only do pickup if you still are interested in getting pizza here.

A customer of mine gave my son and I a $30 gift card to Godfather’s Pizza for some work we did for them. Came here because it was the closest location to home. Needless to say I left with nothing because this Godfather’s Pizza didn’t take Godfather’s Pizza gift cards. In all my years of eating out I have never run into a chain location not taking its own gift card. I have nothing more to say on this except I do not hold this against the Godfather’s Pizza name, just the location itself.
