If you have not been a regular diner here for decades, you will be ignored and treated like an outsider and not welcome. We spent over $100 for the two of us as we watched the tables around us complete their meals, pay, and leave before we were served our main meal. We felt like we were bothering our server the entire time. This was our 1st time eating here, and I thought we found a new spot. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

The food was good. It's not the best I've ever had, but good. Staff seemed a little like they didn't want to be there (2 servers that we had direct contact with as well as other talking about annoyances going on... While in the main eating area. Otherwise a good place to eat. (*Note: I'm disabled and head a difficult time coming in/ out+ maneuvering around other tables, etc. )

Have frequented this location since the 70"s and it hasn't changed a bit. Same great food, service and neighborhood spot for burgers & a Bloody Mary if you're so inclined!!

Ordered two beers, a juice for my son, an app. Received everything but the juice. Continued to order and remind server of the juice not arriving yet. Claims they were backed up. Got our food. Ate. Got our food and still no juice. Told the server this is ridiculous and she laughed. Lousy customer service.

The food was decent, but service was absolutely terrible. Multiple servers were seen gathered around talking and we waited over 25 minutes to just got waters and then said she'd come back to take our order, which was another 10-15. The place was not busy so I'm not sure what issue could have been. Would like to try it out again and hopefully will have better service.

I got a gift certificate from a client and im glad. GOOD customer service (becoming more rare). Our waitress was upbeat, joking and engaging. Food was hot and on point. I'm not sure why everyone else over salts their fries, but not Goldbergs. Will be back!

It was busy during our visit and available tables were slim. We had a group of four and no help was offered by the staff to help us find a seat. I've never experienced anything quite like it. We found a table outside and our server was great but I just don't understand why the staff just ignored us. Food was great.
