We have done takeout at this location for at least 8 years and never any issues. We picked up food on Friday night, our order was incorrect. Should have been chicken fried rice, was shrimp instead. We also had sesame chicken (no seeds) and 2 orders of crab Rangoon. I was very skeptical about the shrimp however ate it anyway. Within hours I was very sick and almost went to the hospital. I tried several times throughout the day to contact the restaurant to alert them of an issue, however they would not answer the phone. We are thinking this is probably not a place we want to further patronize when they won’t even answer the phone. Very sad. One bad experience can ruin your ideals of a restaurant. I truly hope no one else got sick.

This used to be our go to Chinese restaurant and we would eat there often. Trying to eat healthier, we hadn't been there in a few years. It has changed ownership. The food is still good, except they changed the eggrolls. They used to have these big overstuffed eggrolls that were the best. The ones now seem like the frozen ones. The customer service is a problem though. I ordered beef lo mein. They must have misunderstood because they gave me chicken lo mein. I called and told them about the mistake and instead of just telling me bring it back and they'll make it right they told me that they only charged me for chicken and it would be $1.50 more if I brought it back. I would have brought it back if they would have just give me the correct order. But they decided to make it a big deal that I pay them the extra $1.50 for beef with complete disregard for my inconvenience. I understand people try to get things for free but I would not pick up food get all the way home and have to go back just to save a $1.50. I hope the $1.50 was worth this review.

Terrible customer service at the drive-thru.
The staff clearly don’t know how to treat customers. I was spoken to in a rude and sarcastic way for simply asking a question. There’s no excuse for that kind of attitude, especially when working in customer service. If you don’t like your job, that’s one thing — but being disrespectful to customers is unacceptable. Won’t be coming back.

I used to love this place. It was so good and then their general’s chicken got too hot so I went to their Yum Yum chicken and today I had Yum Yum chicken so hot. It burned my tongue spice wise and I told them and they told me that it was spicy and I told them I’ve had it for the past three years actually probably moreand that they couldn’t do anything about it and I said they lost a customer

I would not recommend anyone eating from this place! They serve old questionable food! I called about my food not being fresh and old tasting. I offered to return for either a refund or freshly made food I was denied and insulted by being told if they remade food I would have to pay! I asked for refund and was told I could not get my money because I tasted it!! I had a $100 order of food! Not mention most of the food had not been eaten and remained in box due to quality. My child who did eat a small portion of food complained of sharp stomach pains. 15 years ago this place always served hot and fresh food. New management of this place sucks and definitely doesn’t appreciate people who spend money with them. Leave it alone people!!!

The workers are very disrespectful, hangs up in peoples faces when they call to make an complaint about the food, den I got back to the restaurant nd tell them what happen and the lady worker is very very rude, was tryna give me the food back after playing in it, nd knowing i was coming because my father found hair in his food. I will never come here ever again.

Very good sweet and sour shrimp, crab rangoon and eggrolls. Probably top quality Chinese on this side of town. Like $36 including a general tsos not reviewing it because i didn't have it. She seemed to enjoy tho.
