Disappointed by the Lack of Basic Customer Service
For the price we paid, we expected at least the basics of customer service—but this place falls far short. You have to serve your own water, order at a counter, hunt for a table, and you're not allowed to sit until you've ordered. Even when we asked for a to-go box for our leftovers, we were told to get up and box it ourselves. It honestly felt like we were doing all the work.
As for the food—presentation was decent, but the flavors were disappointing. The French toast turned rock-hard within minutes, the fried chicken was bland, and the chicken sausage was heavily spiced but completely flavorless. For a place charging premium prices, this kind of lazy service and mediocre food is unacceptable. We won’t be returning.

Everything was great and I would definitely go here again. We got our food to go and I was happy with everything we ordered. My wife's burrito was really good and my chicken sandwich with candied jalapeños was on point.

This was a disappointing meal. The floor was sticky. Something was spilled on the floor. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were doughy. I ordered the avocado toast. The avocado was a thin spread of avocado. On top of the avocado was shredded cheese or riced potatoes. Whatever it was it was flavorless.

What an amazing place with a great menu! We enjoyed the Gather Bowl (HIGHLY SUGGEST) and the Ricotta Cinnamon Pancakes (Also HIGHLY RECOMMEND). We did not realize we would need to order at a counter and then find a seat. However, we did not run into any issues finding an open table once one opened up! Would definitely come back next time we are in town!

We came here on June 16th 2025, Renee K was our sever. Probably the worst experience I’ve had. They do a order and pay stand when you walk in our food was $43.65 I went to grab my card grabbed the wrong one and said one sec, she rolled her eyes at us, and then when I went to pay the screen glichted out and went past the screen to tip then said it was $54.36 I said what? I thought it was $43 something and she said well I can’t go back. Very rude. The food okay but not great, all the meat products were so gross like they were fake and grilled on the sidewalk, very plain and not seasoning. Appeared good very disappointing.

Why should I leave a tip. When I have to get my own water and silver. I'm surprise they did not make me pick up my own food. Plus the atmosphere was cold. Everyone working there look in a bad food. As for the food. The potatoes were burnt and they forgot my toast..I miss when customer service meant something
