Couldn’t be more disappointed in the service here! I deviated away from my usual restaurant on Saturday morning to try something new. only to be so disheartened and blown away, that for 7 minutes sitting at the bar not a single member of the staff greeted me… Not one! I ended up walking out and going across the street to my usual spot Early Bird Lakeside. As an entrepreneur here in Omaha I know the importance of good customer service and a simple “welcome” or “hello I’ll be right with you “ would have helped. Good luck

Solid experience at Good Lookin’. Friendly service, good food for a good price. The eggs benedict was made pretty complicated with the bacon jam in my opinion, however, potatoes were delicious, and the portion sizes were fantastic for the price.

To be honest, it was pretty confusing to figure out whether we sit down or order first, and then for some reason we got a lot of unwanted garbage in the form of to-go cups for our coffee, juice, cream in little cups, etc. We felt really bad about using all the single use trash for one meal. I guess they're saving on having a dishwasher, and I guess prices were marginally cheaper than other sit down restaurants, but I would rather pay and waste less. It's basically no service, like tastier fast food where they bring it to your table. You have to go get everything from a station for your coffee, and and so on. The food was great, and I like the atmosphere. Not sure if I would go out of my way again, but okay. Just all the waste.
So I’d love to give this place 4 stars but I truly could not. Upon doing my research on this restaurant, it looked like an amazing place to spend time with your loved ones. When I got there, the first thing i noticed was the lack in service. I understand this is not a traditional breakfast spot, however when I asked for a highchair having my baby, purse in hand, my drink, utensils, table number etc. they immediately said “oh the high chairs are over there”… as if they did not want to assist me in grabbing it. They also seemed to have a negative attitude when I asked to sit down due to my baby slipping out of my hands as she was getting antsy. They had not yet cleaned the table yet, however I did let them know that they were still able to take their time so that they would not feel rushed. Now once again, I understand this is not a traditional spot, but I did not expect the workers to have such a poor attitude about servicing me and my baby, especially when I tipped prior to even sitting down. All in all, it definitely needs work, I would suggest tipping after!

Some of the worst service I’ve had in Omaha. The waiting staff was rushing our table throughout the entire meal. They rudely asked us to look at the line and take our conversation elsewhere while we were still enjoying our food and drinks. I would not recommend this place to anyone actually trying to enjoy their meal.

The waiter didn't wait for us to finish our drinks before he rudely told us that people were waiting and we should leave.
I would only recommend this place for people who are patient enough to deal with that level of customer service.

Used to have a 5 star review for them. Had to change it today. Got my usual orange juice and a breakfast burrito. They both tasted off. Looking at my burrito closer I noticed some eye lashes in it. Killed my appetite. My wife tried offering me bites of her food but just wasn’t feeling it. Very disappointed. Definitely won’t be back.
