Jersey Mike's is way better than this place! I used to deliver for them an there customer service is terrible? When I worked there they didn't care if your order was late! An every customer liked me because I had 40 years experience an I was getting more customers an order until they say a kid that was dating there daughter was going to run the shows! He had no experience an the customers didn't want him they wanted me! So they say they told me this I quit an the owners wife was mad? An when I was trying to leave after saying I quit the young had to put his hands on this old man an the owner had his reason to say your fired? It didn't hurt me I was retiring soon! An I see today they don't advertise an I see they hardly have any customers probably because of Jersey Mike around the corner they have better sandwiches an they have better people working for them! An Jimmy John's is right down the street! An I still were my hoody that was a award for being the top an best driver! See good senes makes bad business decisions an that's why everyone likes Jersey Mike and Jimmy John's! Because they know they will get better servers then here! Have a great day I'm retired now you can't have me back lol 🤣🤣 an I'm still the number one delivery driver in Omaha an now I'm a legend

They have begun hoarding cheese recently . Is there a grand cheese depression approaching that only they know about?? The 3 inch itty bitty cheese is free, but asking for a sane amount of cheese costs extra. Also ran out of white bread at peak hours today:(. Went home and sobbed into my pillow.

Probably one of my favorite sandwich places in Omaha. I had the Italian just because it's my favorite the other day. So good. They slice the meats and cheeses in front of you and all the usual toppings are available. I'll return soon!

Pretty solid sandwich, but do NOT order delivery. Placed an order through the website at 12:52pm with expected delivery time of 1:37pm. Phoned the store at 1:52pm and the order had yet to leave the store. Order finally arrived via DoorDash at 2:18pm. I would eat the food again, but won’t be doing delivery.

Today we ordered two takeout warm Subs. One was the meatball 12-inch and the other was a smaller chicken. Our experience has always been great until today.
