This place has gone really down hill. I got there right when it opened and it’s just not clean. The bathroom, fountain drink area, and just overall not cared for. The prices are unreal and quality is not the same. An employee was also vaping in the kitchen. Probably won’t be back.

Maybe lunch better(?) but after that, dinner portions sizes are soo small and attention to detail is way off. They should close the dining room after 2pm and take online delivery orders only for dinner.

I used to LOVE this place. Clean eats, great atmosphere, friendly service. However, I got pick up recently and was extremely disappointed. The lettuce wraps seemed to be sloppily put together. The box was completely saturated in vinegarette, so much so that the lettuce was completely soggy and hard to even pick up and eat. The meat was also cold and flavorless. I do acknowledge that lettuce wraps are probably not the best thing to get as a to go order, but I truly thought they would be stored better than they were. This used to be my go-to place for a healthier meal and am really hoping it was just an off day as I really have always been a fan of Green Belly.

I love Greenbelly. So much that I took a bus from the zoo, to the buses downtown to west roads, and then another bus to get there…took me 1.5hrs only to arrive at 130pm to the store closed early when doors say Saturdays they close at 3pm. There was a sign on the door saying they’d be closed on Sep 2 for Labor Day but NO sign saying why doors were locked and closed down at 130pm on a Saturday…. I checked the website, Facebook, and twitter for any updates on closing early. NOTHING. Wasted my time so much coming up here and this is incredibly unprofessional to just randomly close with no warning. Won’t bus back here another time , too much of a hassle to trust the hours will be correct . Definitely disappointing. Thumbs down on communication.

I give GreenBelly a green thumbs up! Great service and really amazing food. I got the Super Fit grain bowl and my friend got the flat bread pizza. Both were amazing! First time at Greenbelly but will definitely stop back in!

The upbeat friendly customer service here is excellent. Kelly is amazing! He recognized that I hadn't been in for a few months. He still knew my fav Order too! This is what keeps me going back....oh and their food is fantastic too.
Their online order tablet was dead so when my coworker showed up, nothing was made. Either they forgot to plug it in or the tablet itself was broken. Either way, bad oversight on management to not troubleshoot and have the online order option shut off.Either way, food was tasty, just a little skimpy. I had the Greek sandwich on the whole wheat naan bread. For $14, I'd expect a bit more filling. Otherwise the Parmesan potatoes were the traditional lemon garlic flavor with added Parmesan which was good.

We eat here often and the last few times the young blonde girl behind the counter has been rude. Reminding us that close at 7, asking if they can make my usual grain bowl and informing me whoever she asked in the kitchen said “they will allow it”. I don’t understand how the decline in service and allowing the staff to be so blatantly rude. Then when our food came the chicken was dried out and hard. I think this will be our last visit.

I didn’t realize baby salads weren’t an option anymore. I said I wanted a small salad and wasn’t told. I ended up with a full salad and noticed when I saw the receipt. Salad was an Asian peanut crusted chicken. No line and very brusque service. A salad and roll, no drink at lunch time was over 16 dollars. The chicken on the salad was hot which did not go well with the cold ingredients. Blah Won’t be cooking back here for lunch.

Ordered in person and waited a long time to receive our lunches. I understand it was busy but our server was pretty rude when I asked to make sure she brought my soup. She actually told me she only had 2 hands. I waited some more for the soup and since it was not coming, walked to the counter so she didn't need to walk back out to our table (!) When I got to the side counter I actually witnessed this server licking soup off her finger and then wipe her licked finger on a towel - she didn't even wash!! So disgusting. Then she dished up my soup. I will never eat there again.
