Updated review 2/21/23Stopped over at 5pm today and they were closed. Not even sure if this location is open anymore. Had a for lease sign next to the door.
I just drove to the AKSARBEN location for a pizza. Location is for lease. I assume they are out of business.
This restaurant is closed closed closed closed closed they are not open for business they are closed shut down gone building for lease history I have gift cards they're worthless other locations won't accept them because they're different managers or different owners isn't that special
Healthy food that tastes good. New management are doing a great job at Aksarben Village location.
Great food and employees. Love greenbelly so much & the manager is amazing
Great salad but not organic.
I used to come regularly for their BYO salads and cilantro hummus. Last time I placed an order, it must have been mid-menu change as I received plain hummus. Now looking at their new menu, both options I previously got are no longer available. Will not be returning unless they bring the BYO salads back. I have food allergies/diet restrictions and having options like that allow you to be accessible to a wider array of customers
The kid working behind the counter tonight is clearly not capable. Did not notify me when my food was ready, I noticed people were eating that ordered way after me that’s how I knew my order was prepared. Dressing on the side was to much of an ask I guess. Oh, and I had to go back in order to get a fork & spoon after I had already left and gotten in my car.
Honestly this was so disappointing. I’ve heard and read so many great reviews. I figured for the price of the food, these fresh salads would be such a treat! I am giving 2 stars purely for how kind the staff was. Our salads (pesto chicken, bruschetta chicken, and Thai chicken) were soggy and flavorless, most of the chicken pieces were visibly fatty, the kid’s cheese pizza was forgotten so the we were given a complimentary cookie for the 15+ minute wait and that was truly the only highlight of the meal. Would not recommend. Unfortunately would not go back.
My first time eating at Green Belly. The girl at the cash register was kind and welcoming. The restaurant is bright and light. I ordered a small Greek salad, but neglected to see that it came loaded with Gyro meat. When a different girl brought the salad to my table I told her I didn’t realize it came with meat and asked for a dish so I could take it off. She took my salad - never spoke a word - and returned it with most of the meat removed. She sat it on the table I said thank you and she left - never saying a word. That to me was very rude of her. At least say something! Over $15 for a salad and tea. From this first experience I most likely won’t return.

Nothing good about this place at all.
I work next door and eat at this location 2-3 times per week. I typically order a salad, but have had a few of their other items. The speed of service at this location is excellent. I am more often than not able to leave my desk, hop on the elevator, order my food, receive my food, and be back at my desk before my computer goes to sleep. That's pretty impressive and speaks to the efficiency of the staff. Well done. The salad is also good and has a fair amount and balance of the ingredients advertised. I can't say the same for other salad alternatives in the area.
I had the Bruschetta Chicken wrap and it was delicious! The food was fresh and the staff was great. Finally a great healthy option instead of the heavy fried fast food. The restaurant was clean and the food was prepared quickly. I will be going back to try more of the menu! New management has really done a great job.
